Good value
Delivery was a day later than guaranteed at check out which caused a small issue for us but other than that the website was easy to use and the value was one of the best around.

As per our conversations over the phone and email, we understand the delays were on our side and apologize for these.
Your order was placed over the Christmas season which did overlap with the annual holidays for the suppliers, resulting in delayed production due to the printing facilities being closed for a week, which you were advised of during one of our conversations where we informed of the delayed dispatch date.
As this was an inconvenience to yourself and did affect the initial estimated delivery date, a discount was offered as a gesture of goodwill as we appreciate you as a customer, which was also accepted on your side, and is on your account for a future order, as discussed.
We apologize for the unfortunate events that occurred with your order and would like to hope our conversations over the phone ensured this was out of the ordinary for us.

We are truly sorry to hear you have been unhappy with the service received, as well as the delivery times for your order.
Firstly, to address the response times matter, we have reviewed the contact between yourself and our Sales staff and can see all of your correspondences have been replied to within 24 hours. We are unsure why you have been unhappy with the response times considering rather fast reply times, with most of the contact taking place over the Christmas period and you receiving replies either on the same day or within 24 hours.
As for the delivery times, we can see there has indeed been some delays with your order due to supply chain issues with stock, as well as the order being placed and dispatched over the Holiday season, meaning the suppliers and couriers were not working their normal hours, which did cause a delay. Our Sales staff has also mentioned this during the conversations where tracking details were requested and provided, to provide an explanation for the delayed delivery. I can see the order has reached you by now, unfortunately with a delay which was out of our control. We do apologize for the inconvenience the delays caused you and hope you are happy with the order.

Quality this time not good
We have bought regularly from you but we just ordered 2000 pens and the quality of writing is very poor. Most pens only work for the first few letters and then stop.

We were contacted before going on a brake and times were busy. We said we'd be in contact on return from our brake but there were no worries, we received an email and all was taken care of

Great to make a phonecall and talk to a person, not a robot. Eeva knew her products; the design was very quick and delivery well ahead of schedule.
Very pleased with the product.
Highly recommend IGO for another reason: unlike some of their competitors who also use the .ie this company sources product in Europe, so no UK import or VAT issues.
Will order again.

Top Notch so far
I have not yet placed an order but I have been in contact asking for help with an order that I am going to place and advice on where I might source products that are not necessarily avilable through IGO Promo. They have been prompt and courteous with their replies and I will definitely place an order. The only reason I have not given 5*s is because...well...I want to do that when I eventually order and get the stuff for our Charity!

Forgot my order and then failed to…
Forgot my order and then failed to deliver. When contacted they just told me it was with UPS.

Awful - Avoid, you will not get your order or any help
Placed an order for lighters. Was advised that it would be dispatched and delivered before 24th September. 2 days before this date then then tell me that actually it has to go via a different courier as its lighters. Something they should have known at the time of ordering.
It is now the 11th October and I still have no order. I have contacted them numerous times and they say they will look into it, then never bother to respond with any update.
Definitely do not recommend.

Order was not processed on time so took 4 weeks overall, was offered refund on delivery cost which was fair enough but I never received that either despite follow up emails - it's cost them repeat business anyway

OK for a trial, but there's better out there and they lost my business on the back of my own experience
