You’ve ordered a product made of a natural material with laser engraving. Since the hardness and finish of the natural material will always differ, it’s not possible to get identical outcome on every single article. You can imagine that every tree will have slight differences and this obviously results in different finishes of the engraving.
We highly prioritize the complaints and remark we receive from our customers, but as described above the result of your order is as expected and therefore not subject to a complaint with our production partners.

Too lazy to use the logo files we provide, types in by hand
We ordered shopper bags with our company's logo, got digital artwork for approval, adjusted the size and position, but we NEVER imagined that the artist will not use the logo file we sent and just type in one part of the logo by hand. First mistake we noticed: small letters instead of capital. Minor thing we did not notice before approving the art, because we obviously never expected the artist to type in by hand...So, we did not even pay attention to spelling, just adjusted position, size etc. But our troubles did not end here, we noticed a spelling mistake in our website address, after the bags came. The person who was too lazy to use our AI file, could not even spell our company's name correct, ruining every single bag, since we could not bring them to exhibition. Money spent on nothing.
We do realize it was our responsibility to check, if everything is okay before the printing started, but we never expected the artist to be so lazy and not even use the file we provided. We ordered a lot of merch for exhibition, all other companies managed to do good job, except this one.
And they shook off all the responsibility, when we complained. Because, according to them, it was our responsibility to check if everything is okay before the printing.
We wanted to re-order the bags, so we expected at least a valid discount due to their artist's mistakes, and we only got a -250dkk discount, which helps us with nothing.
The service was okay, the sales staff were decent enough, yet shook off all the responsibility. Unprofessional behaviour from the artist's side. Our mistake for trusting the company to be professional and use the files we provide, without checking if the spelling is correct...Do not think that we will order from them again, certainly cannot recommend the company to anyone.

We have sent you 5 print proofs in total, and on 4 of these you requested changes to be made, which we did. The final one was approved by you, which we could only consider to be exactly as it should be, as you are the only person who knows what it should look like.
We take this process very seriously and never accept anything else than the customers final approval before the production start.
We would be more than happy to get in contact with you, to hear what you feel that we could have done differently.
