Poor hardware
I had a rear view mirror system fitted to a new vehicle in 2017 it broke after a few weeks and was replaced 18 months later the touch screen has stopped working. I contacted igo and was told it is a hardware issue but I have no idea who to contact about that and igo seem unable to tell me. Surely they know who is using their software?
