I'd rather not have any certificates at…

I'd rather not have any certificates at all than IGI. I got diamond certificates in Bangkok (2024) and was very disappointed with their quality. I vowed never to work with them again. But I had to get certificates in Istanbul (2025), and they supposedly have an educational center there. The result was the same – completely inconsistent with reality. I recommend avoiding certificates from this laboratory due to their complete incompetence.

I also don't recommend their inscription, so as not to desecrate the stone.

disappointing certifications and total neglect of the customer

To be avoided, for colored stones they have shown incompetence, says a gemologist with many years of experience. If you ask for an explanation, they respond in an absolutely evasive manner. They showed little professionalism and indifference towards the client's requests of explanation, a real disappointment.
