Careful this site because sometime have malware

Again I bought a product that was not delivered due to Iggm could not login into my Facebook account after my account locked me out!!! It took me a lot to get new password which I did recover it then I tried another purchase with new password and they told me it was all good then got an email saying they could not deliver my order! Not cool at all I requested full refund and very disappointed I may never try buying that product again having to use my Facebook account to get a product and delivery of it. They failed to do their job do to mistake of no fault on your part but on their side not keeping you properly informed and it goes from one day to the next and your money is spent while waiting for no service.

Succeed like 1 out of 4 while claimed probability is 60%.

Disgusting Chinese company thinks its no problem to cheat and they dun even try to hide it lol.

Fantastic website with amazing team and moderators. The other negative reviews are for an unrelated company, this one provides PC games at no costs. Have been using them for a month and they are very convenient and reliable. Truly recommend if you’re unable to afford all the games you want to play.

how tf do you get ban on a pirated games site by staying afk for a few minutes

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Their games are buggy and flawed in many ways, yet when you raise a ticket to discuss the issue, they come back with generic emails saying they can’t find any issues. I have had over £150 worth of items not received over the last few years after purchasing things, yet they tell me I received them, despite me providing game screenshots and purchase receipts proving otherwise. Absolute thieves and they just get away with it.

My account got hacked and nobody is willing to help me - I gave igg everything they asked me to proof I'm the owner.
the hacker has already used almost all my resources but igg says that I have to wait until Monday. They can't help me earlier ... well - today is Saturday ... I have spent around

Im not sure why they bother with customer service as it is utterly useless. They have a set of predefined responses that they just keep repeating when you have issues. Nothing ever gets solved to the players satisfaction. Whatever solution they provide is always geared towards helping themselves. I mean, they didn't get $1billion revenue in a year by helping their players.

This company supports the sexual harassment of their female players. I have made several reports to IGG live help and their customer support links with screenshots of the incidents. Male players speaking of female body mutilation and graphic sexual comments and NOTHING is done....PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN PLAY ON ANY IGG PLATFORM!!!!

Never play games from igg, they rip you and they dont care, just an head up, what you do your problem.
They are locatet in Singapore, so forget a refund if you get problems in game, cause no one ever get a refund from them.
Private own company, so you have no safety net at all.

They take money from our account without authorization and don't return it. Card was even stolen.

Great game. I thoroughly enjoy it and spend approx 11 hours a day playing however it is highly flawed.
It is designed for you to spend more and more money.
Very difficult for F2P players.
False advertising in game rewards is also a concern. Do A and you will get B is the biggest concern as in most cases you will get Z.

Most of IGG games r pretty good, but me and a few of my friends are kind of sad and a bit angry how in or favroite game (Time Princess), the character you play as is super thin. And me and my friends aren't exactly what you would call, 'thin' but we arent extremely overweight, but this is just one example of unrealistic expectations, and since this is a kids game some kids who are overweight might see the avatar and how thin she is and loose confidence in their body and this is not a good message to be telling children. Something that IGG should work on is making an option to change your avatars weight, somehow they have options to change your hair color (even to a neon purple and blue) and length and makeup and facial details but they haven't made an option to change their weight or body type. I also recommed setting parental controls on your child's electronic that has this app on it, the app has some questionable themes (abuse and sexual and some others) and all they do is a simple warning that children are definitly going to just ignore and play anyway.

Got locked out of my account. Spent real money. Customer support is trash . Would like my money back. Will never play another igg game.

No progress has been made with IGG. I continue to provide them with screenshots from the distant past that only the true owner of the account could possess.

They will accept nothing as proof beyond purchase receipts that occurred after the account was stolen and therefore removing any possibility of recovering the account by asking for account information that I have no possible way of obtaining since I'm locked out. Hackers know this. They exploit it. The final step in stealing one's account is to make a purchase on the account.

The former owner will not be able to provide a screenshot of the receipt and knowing IGG will ask anyone making a claim to the account to provide this information playing right into the hands of the criminal involved. Game over.

It's true what all these reviews say...Criminals prey on valuable accounts and know every step they need to take to bypass IGG's security and recovery policies leaving the honest and true owners of these accounts helpless victims with no recourse because of their insane inability to test and verify the true ownership of these victimized customers. Forget the fact that you spend thousands they have no loyalty to you.

I played this game for 3 1/2 years spending over $18k US.

I fell victim to a phishing scam which led to my gmail, yahoo and Fb accounts stolen which led to the theft of my Lords Mobile account. I informed IGG support of the theft and was put through a rigorous account recovery procedure that asked for birthdate of the account, cities and states that I had accessed my account and transaction receipts for various dates over the 3+ years I had the account. This involved getting transaction records from several cancelled credit cards and hour and hours of record research to obtain this information. However, I was able to come up with records of every date requested.

When I submitted the final date's transaction record they informed me that they would review my case and get back with me. Then they had the nerve to request additional transaction receipts for purchases after the account was stolen. This was impossible for me as I would not have any record of transactions I didn't make. In spite of being able to provide the information they asked for they refused to help me based on transactions made after the account was stolen.

You spend that kind of money with an organization and you would expect VIP treatment. Quite to the contrary. I was treated more like a hacker than the actual filth that stole my account. They simply refused to help offering only their standard "we're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused?

EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and they're sorry for the inconvenience? It is a crime what they allow others to do in this game. Hackers know the company policies and easily dance around their so-called security measures.

Their is no client to customer loyalty. Play this game and spend your money at extremely high risk.

User's recommendation: Keep on looking for a better game with competent Help Services. This is not the company for you.
