Everything was inside the package. Nice tiny USB bicycle hub charger. Before final test I need to pack it waterproof, as advised by Igaro. Spinning the front wheel the charger was showing red and blue light signals as expected. Many thanks. I'm looking forward for my tour through Norway, where I definitely will need it.

Seem to be a good company to deal with. Prompt response to my question and speedy delivery of the Igaroo D2 unit.

Yet to use it in the dynamo setup, but hopefully it will live up to the excellent online reviews.

I got a D2 and is working well with Son hub Dynamo split with front light. Feeling is little better than my old Synewave Revolution as charger and moreover have better options for handlebar / stem installation. Customer Support is replying within hours and clarifying all subjects.

Purchased the Igaro D2 to charge power-bank from SON dynamo/headlamp to then charge Garmin and iPhone devices during London Edinburgh London a 1500Km multi day Audax cycle ride.
Installation is simple and straightforward; the Igaro topped up the power-bank during the day, which charged my devices in the evening.
I would recommend Igaro for both product performance and their excellent customer service.

Absolutely top rate service from a top rate company. If you are a bikepacker/long distance cyclist who uses a dynamo hub then the D2 is the answer. It is a super compact device that links your dynamo to practically any other device you might be running via USB C. Super compact and super efficient.

The mark of a company is in how they handle problems. It’s 9pm. My issue was resolved under warranty within 15 minutes.

Got my Igaro D2 dynamo to USB converter and I’m pleased with the charging on a short test ride, really happy with the improvement in packaging over the D1 which I used previously.
Now to get a few days bikepacking to really try it out.

Not used in anger yet, but item despatched promptly.

I was setting up my wiring harness for my second bike was got dynamo . The waterproof screw on connections that Igara has are excellent quality and I do use them on the D1.
Postage is swift.

Once again excellent service. Very swift and efficient.. On the Igaro website you can see the additional bits that you may require if you look on installation.I have a D1 & two way switch from Igaro that I got many moons ago. I have got my old Bob Jackson kitted out with a dynamo and a charger. So the additional wires having a one wire to the switch from the hub to switch , from the switch to light or D1 USB charger. Other bits I got from SJS.

Very fast shipment to Switzerland, looking forward to use the igaro for our longer tours.

Quick delivery of cable for my second cycle. Not yet installed but the one on the first cycle is doing well.
