My son received a damaged computer case from I Gaming Computer. The box it was delivered in was not damaged in any way. However after sending pictures of the damage and waiting for their return from Christmas break, he was told he would not get a refund or replacement. They said it was because he had installed a fan in one of the pictures and therefore deemed that he had damaged the case. This was not his first computer build or component install. The damage was not from a simple fan installation. They won't admit they sold a damaged item.
Dealt with an issue which was caused by my grandson. They replaced no questions asked even though I offered to pay for the broken part. Great company, fantastic service, important to deal with people who treat you with respect.
