Few passengers are aware of their consumer rights protected under Regulation (EC) 261/2004 and many lack the will or legal knowledge to go through with a claim. The compensation depends on the length of the flight but also how many hours the flight was delayed and varies between €250-600 per passenger. You are entitled to flight delay compensation in accordance with the regulation when you flew with an EU Airline that took off or landed within the EU. The regulation is also applicable when you flew with a Non-EU Airline that departed from within the EU. The time limit for claims regarding cancelled, delayed or overbooked flights is determined by the national laws of each EU member state and is usually between 3-10 years

Travel reimbursement

The service was professional and ifdelayed delivered the best result possible. Also the communication with the customer support was on-point. The company is highly recommendable.

I totally recommend this company

I totally recommend this company to others. It took about 5 months to solve the issue and get the refund. It would have been better if I were updated about the development of my case more frequently by the company however it has been very responsive to all of my inquiries. Overall assessment of the services of Ifdelayed is very positive.

Super easy to use

Super easy to use! You make an account and everytime IfDelayed makes a progress (court, payments etc.) you get an email which says ”You got a new message”. Just log-in on the site and you read your messages and can follow the case all the time. It took 10 minutes to fill all the forms and after that I didnt do anytning, they took care of it all. Really recommending IfDelayed, great service!

A very bad experience

A very bad experience. I found them by accident, during my trip, reporting me that I have a right to a compensation because of a big delay I suffered. According to them, I signed a document to authorize them to take my case (without providing any documentation from my part). The truth is, independently I signed something, nobody ever contacted me, even to let me know they were taking my case, require documentation, or inform me of anything. I found out that this company was taking my case when the flight company responded to my claim, denying me the compensation. I had to write many emails until they heard me to stop carrying my case. Disinformation, self-interest, unpunctuality, ignorance and lies.

IfDelayed is an OK service

IfDelayed is an OK service. At first it seemed like the best service with a responsive website and so many good reviews (are those even real? they don't look real. I saw a review that said "money in the bank", I mean really? Who talks like that?), but after many emails, messages, and calls with no follow-up on my case, I thought it was unpleasant.

The company is not upfront with how your case is going. I got my money back and it took a short time to get it but the terrible costumer service actually makes it feel like a scam to be honest.

Excellent service

Excellent service

I am very, very satisfied with the service! It took only three weeks from claim sent until the compensation was in my account. I really recommend Ifdelayed.com.

Money in the bank about three months later! My only criticism would be the lack of status updates throughout the process, otherwise top notch.

14 days from start to money in the bank, very good job. Hopefully I will not have to use their services again, but if I do get delayed again - for sure I will. Without doubt.
