To the iFastek Support Team
I am writing to bring urgent attention to several persistent issues we are facing on the iFastek app, which are directly disrupting the daily operations and broadcasting of Glory Entertainment Radio.
We are encountering the following problems:
* Password & Account Access Issue: The app is suddenly rejecting our login details and stating that the password is incorrect. This is the exact password we have been using consistently, with no recent changes made on our end.
* Deleted Content Repeating: Audio files and songs that have already been deleted from our system are still playing back and repeating on the stream automatically.
* Playlist Malfunction: The playlist feature is not functioning properly, preventing us from organizing and managing our daily show schedules effectively.
Please review and resolve these playback and login issues as soon as possible so we can restore smooth operation for our listeners.

You should create step by step…
You should create step by step tutorials for first time users to function seamlessly not half hazard videos with noisy music backgrounds that get the user more confused. Invest in professionally produced video that will take a user from point A-Z this will greatly improve the user experience. As I speak, I am still wangling my way through the service.
