I bought the clippers one time and they have been charging me 39.99 a month!! To is is the shadiest thing to do to a person. And top of that they aren’t that great. You can fade with regular clippers better. Do not use this company

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! As someone has wrote before, I echo everything he said..."Once you have purchased the product from them. They will continue to take multiple unauthorised payments from your bank account. They made it look like you are buying a product and making a one time payment. But it is a trap they have hidden the fact that they will continue to take payments as a subscription. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DODGY WEBSITE"

They replied via email and offered a refund for the subscription fees and to close the subscription but months later, no refund and they continue to try take subscription fees of $30 a month!

As said another person. IT COST 55$ CAD PER MONTH and can't cancel... I have write many times to cancel and they said YES then they disapeared and they have no more WEBSITE......... BULLSHIT

They push you into a membership that you can’t cancel. Messaged multiple times, they say yes we will cancel and refund and yet no cancellation, still charging me and still no refund.

Scam! Avoid! Do not put your card details on their website, They have taken the money and never received the order and on top of that few weeks later they took more money from my card without my permission as they saved my card details.

*SCAM ALERT* I would give them a zero for scamming. I made a purchase and ended up getting charged $59 + $39 initially for the supposed upgraded iFade, and then randomly, they would charge me $39.99. They kept charging my card fraudulently every other month or so... Just Ridiculous.

BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THE START, I ENDED UP WITH A SUBSCRIPTION THAT I JEVER AIGNED UP FOR AND WHICH I NOTICED MONTHS LATER AFTER BEING RIPPED OFF OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. Do not buy, they are scammers. They send you the basic model and then sign you up to a random subscription that you can’t cancel. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Charge you upfront for the goods, but also charge monthly afterwards without telling you ! When I told them I never agreed to that, they said they would refund me, I have been contacting them regularly and still no refund after 2 months.

I rarely leave reviews, but this absolute nightmare of an experience demands a warning to future customers. This company is nothing short of a white-collar scam, designed to cheat and rob people under the guise of selling a product.

1. It Started with a Disgusting Used Product
I ordered an iFade trimmer expecting a brand-new product, but what arrived was a second-hand, filthy, and non-functional unit—grease, hair, and grime stuck between the blades. I have photos as proof, and I will be uploading them with this review.

2. The Endless Customer Service Circus
Instead of issuing a refund immediately for their blatant scam, their customer service dragged me along for months.
They wasted over a month repeatedly asking for my address—which they already had from my original order! Pure stalling tactics.
After two months of harassment, they finally promised me a refund.
3. The Refund That Never Came
128 days, 14 follow-up emails later—no refund.
Every time I asked for proof of the refund transaction, they either ignored me or lied outright about it being processed.
I even provided screenshots of my bank statements from multiple accounts to prove that I never received the refund. Still, no response.
When I asked for concrete transaction details, they went completely silent.
4. The Final Verdict – A Lying, Cheating, Fake Company
This company is a scam factory—they lure customers in with flashy ads, send out used garbage, and then make you fight for a refund that will never come. Their customer service is incompetent, deceptive, and designed to exhaust you into giving up.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the authorities, but in the meantime, I strongly advise everyone to stay far away. Don't waste your money or your sanity on this fraud of a company.

**AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!**....SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! The clippers don't work, they pull your hair and cut you. DANGEROUS! You will be double billed initially, then you will be billed every month thereafter. When you confront these crooks, they will tell you that you signed up for a monthly subscription, when you did not. They may even pretend to refund you, but it will only be credit verifications on your card, not an actual refund. Do NOT purchase!

Will charge you for an upgrade and not send it. And will charge you $39.99 every month without you signing up for anything. Not written on any invoice or anything. Also, will not refund you at all when asked. Will deny and delay.

I was a bit wary and skeptical at first after reading plenty customers horrific experiences with the company in general ..honestly they must’ve sorted them selfs out to be the most amazing 5 star company .. but all along I’ve been reassured from two company colleagues by email .. and they were the best .. they stated it would take up to 10 working days for my refund to clear into my bank account And they were absolutely true .. I’ve now received my refund in full .. I can’t thank them enough . Highly recommend.. much appreciated .. thanks again for everything 👍🏻😀😀😀 very happy customer here

Crap and does not send what they say!! They will continue to take money month after month. They waited a couple months and then charged my card two months in a row. Had to file fraud and cancel cards!!! Beware!!

I’ve just ordered from this company . And after seeing all the negative reviews . I’m now very worried .. 😤😭🤦🏻‍♂️ sounds as tho I’m about to get scammed with payments coming off my account every month now . I’ve tried to get a refund numerous times for the ifade 1.0 .. also trying to get the ifade 2.0 sent out to my address . But I keep receiving the exact same email every time . Asking if I want to upgrade to the ifade 2.0 . Stating they’ll give me the ifade 2.0 for the price of ifade 1.0 .. it’s actually a simple task .. to send the ifade 2.0 out to me then cancel and refund me for the 1.0 ifade which shouldn’t have been debited from my bank account 😡😢😤🤦🏻‍♂️😭😭
