Anyone else had money disappear from their account a little after the purchase? From a random service you never used? Big scammers I think.

Seller packaged product badly, cramming into a box that didn't fit and couldn't close when taped. Resulted in product damage. Seller will not respond or be accountable. Do not use this seller - I won't going forward.

Second time I bought overalls from them (first two years ago and my kids used them for two years as I bought bigger sizes). Delivery to Scotland in 4 days. Very happy with purchase.

We never received our order. No communication whatsoever

On september 22 I ordered a rain suit. I still haven't received it. No news, No reactions on emails. No money back. What to do?

DO NOT ORDER from them.... i ordered 3 weeks ago and no news whatsoever. No replies to emails, messages on facebook, instagram and of course they don't pick up the phone. I'm appalled reading all the comments of people who lost they're money... incredibly gutted i ordered from them

Order Placed in Agust and never received the goods ! Customer service simply ignores requests in any form !
Stai away from this company, they charge you thé cost but never deliver anything !!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Why even list your phone number, if you never pick up!? Called with overseas number. I have tried to email, facebook chat and calling- NO REPLY! Their site says payments wont go through, so if you try to do it again, they will double charge you. DO NOT USE!!

Awful! Ordered from them in the end of may. No overall and no answer on my emails. Disgusting service or better to say no service at all. Don’t waste your money and nerves on this s**t.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE A*****. we have an overall that we ordered from them. it leaks on the butt a lot!!!! we emailled them and called them and no one F answers.

I emailed them straight away within minutes after placing the order as I didn't realise the name goes on the outfit! I thought it was an inside name label. I even said keep the extra money just don't print the name. No response, didn't pick up, foreign number. Now i have a useless outfit, puddlesuit. Go with a company who communicates.

Ordered two softshell overalls a month ago, paid for 10 Day delivery and havent received them yet...
I was Trying to send emails, call them, but no answer.. Im really pissed off now...

NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE Never arrived. Terrible customer service. After 5 months of repeated e-mails they finally said it was lost and never refunded postage and packaging as requested.

Great products! I am in the UK and have been ordering for 3 or more year for my girls. Great prints and amazing quality! I wish the hood was adjustable but still not a reason to rate it down. Great service and well worth the money. I’ve ordered 5 now and they have all came within the 5-7 days promised. Don’t be put off by the bad reviews.

I just got my order yesterday. My 2 and a half years old just loved it. Great puddle suite 👍 highly recommend. Do not believe all the negative reviews.

Bought one a year ago and was ok, not totally waterproof but ok for a shower or quick play in the mud. Hoods are not good as no adjustments and too big. Prints are nice but vastly overpriced unless bought as a sale item.
Bought another one at Christmas. Still not arrived! Over a month late after paying for 7 day shipping. Demanded a refund but was told would have to wait till they received it back from ups before I could get a refund. Was assured it would be sorted by last weekend and still waiting. Will never buy from them again and would advise others to buy elsewhere too.

I Am in the uk I ordered the 16th December with expected 5-7day delivery time which wasn't meet. But due to no fault of ielms. Expected delivery was 24th december I received it today ups courier had issues with border crossing due to no fault of there own. I can not say if product is waterproof but it a good quality and my 22month old loved putting it on and wouldn't take it off and she hates any form of coat. I will hopefully buy again once product has been used. Times are strange times are hard be kind. First review due to being done with online ordering and honestly thought it was happening again and it didn't so wanted to let people know is a reputable company.

Never order something from IELM!

On the website is written that the delivery takes 5-7 working days.So, I made my order but...The items are coming from Romania.I didn't know about that.On the website wasn't written about it.While I paid for the delivery, I was expecting my item to arrive on time.But it didn't happen.I put the comment on Facebook about it and IELM support was extremely rude and unprofessional.They didn't write at least "Sorry."They turn on explanation mode about bank holiday in Romania.But I'm living in UK so, I really don't care about other countries holidays - especially, while I paid for the delivery 5-7 working days.
I have questions:
- Why is it not written that you are based in Romania?
- Why did not sent notice to the customers to let them know about any delays?
- Why on my item label is written "Made in EU"? It must be origin!
- Why are you selling products,which are not 100% waterproof? Softshell for sure it isn't.But it was written "it is".

This website and customer service don't deserve our attention, money and possitive feedback.So, never ever made my mistake!
