I love pandora

I love pandora and they didn't fail to impress this time. Delivery was quick and packaging perfect. Will definitely use again .

My daughter who is 16 bought two rings…

My daughter who is 16 bought two rings which cost her €148.00 which is a lot of money for a 16 year old. Which after 3.5 months the gold starting coming off them. I called into the office in Wexford to see if I could get something done with them or maybe even a credit not for same as this is a lot of money for a 16 year old. The girl told me that there was nothing they could do for her and that they will more or less fade anyway. DO NOT BUY THE GOLD PLATED JEWELLERY IN PANDORA THEY ARE RUBBISH YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF BUYING THE JEWELLERY IN PENNEYS FOR €10. Will never go back to Pandora again it is disgraceful that this shop is getting away with charging such a price for such rubbish rings and not mentioning same about them tarnishing. It was mentioned to me by the girl in shop that my daughter would have been told this , but I can definitely guarantee that under no circumstances would she have bought it if she had know that they would fade after such a short time. This is so disappointing as have always found the staff quite nice. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY GOLD PLATED JEWELLERY IN PANDORA YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO PENNEYS AND PAYING €2.50. THE JEWELLERY IS WAY OVER PRICED AND NOT WORTH IT WHEN IT DOES THIS.

Unfortunately, tarnishing on gold-plated jewellery is considered normal wear and tear rather than a manufacturing defect, so it would not usually fall under our product defect policy. Gold plating can naturally wear over time depending on factors such as skin contact, perfumes, lotions, water exposure, and everyday use.

We completely understand how disappointing this is, especially given the amount your daughter spent on the rings. We always aim for customers to be happy with their purchase, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback regarding the information provided at the time of sale.

Excellent quality

Long time customer of Pandora and while there's been plenty of changes & dubious collabs (Disney / Marvel) the original jewellery is still excellent quality. Great customer service in store, quick delivery for online orders
