Explanation of no tracking info was given...
A while back, I ordered a replacement part for my laminator at school and it took several weeks to get the part. Idshop.com apologized and credited my account and asked me to give them another chance. So, I recently used my credit to purchase two rolls of laminating film. Here we are on day 10 and it still hasn't even shipped out! Update...
After leaving the review, I got a call saying the package was expected to arrive yesterday and sure enough, it did. Although the package arrived in a timely manner, I never did receive an email stating that it shipped out. Other than that, everything about the purchase went well. I appreciate the phone call and the explanation of why an email stating that package was shipped never went out. I would purchase from idshop again...
