Order missed. Great customer service recovery.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because my order didn't get placed when I requested it. When I hadn't received them after 6 weeks, I inquired about the order and was told it got missed. They processed it right then and I got it within a week. Great customer service on an understandable oversight.

I would give you 5 stars if you didn't send me an email just for looking at your site in the beginning. That seemed like aggressive sales tactics and also the wrong price quote. You knew exactly what type of material our last order was but quoted me for a cheaper material making the price look substantial lower. Most of the time I wasn't sure if I was chatting with a real person or AI.
