Absolute scam!
Do not trust their website or email address! address states idomlife.co.uk - they are from China and shipping returns need to go to China!
Ordered a pair of jeans.
After a month it appeared that item was lost. They sent replacement with a quality that I am ashamed to even take it to charity.
Wanted to send item back - shipping cost exceeded the actual item and they refused to pay for it.
I was refused the full refund and so called " compensation" wouldn't even cover the zip on jeans which was broken on arrival.
Please stay away from them and DO NOT believe their adverts! They are horrible, not supportive and with no any obligations to consumer rights!

Disgusting company. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely awful. I ordered a pack of bras that were advertised to change my life and give full support etc etc but what turned up were flat, badly made and had no chance of supporting anything.
The only redeeming thing about this company is that they answered my complaint quickly but they only offered me a £3 refund and when I insisted on a full refund they said only if I foot the bill to send them all back to China.... avoid like the plague!

Absolute rip off!!
Ordered 2 eyeliners and when they EVENTUALLY arrived (after 3 weeks) I went to use one of them and the end of the pencil got stuck in the lid. Now I cant use it as I cant get the lid back on and cant get the bit stuck in out! Messaged the company and they offered me £1 refund. Have just thrown the eyeliners in the bin as very poor quality. Absolute shocking Customer Service and awful products. Don't waste your money. There are far better eyeliners on the market advertised on facebook ;)

Should have researched this company before placing an order...was informed the package was delivered and it was left on my front porch...I was home that day and at no time did anyone knock the door.
I did not receive the item and disputed this with the company. Totally unhelpful in every way...customer service is non existent...I'm left out of pocket and without the item. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Items were absolutely a complete waste of £26. I’ve messaged 5 times and no reply.
I will never trust another advert of Facebook, instagram again.
They take your money on the promise of a return and refund and all you get is ignored.
I’ve not been offered anything just got pure silence.
I’m going my bank and seeing if I can start a chargeback claim

I ordered a pack.of 3 bras for larger breasted women,a promise of holding you in, comfort and much more,what I got was laughable,Material and quality was appalling. I was previously measured by a reputable shop so I knew exactly what size to order,when it arrived all it stated was 3 XL,which is a joke as there was no way that was the case. Obviously i contacted idomlife straight away by email to be told they would give me £2.00 compensation,I contacted them again requesting that I return them and get a refund,their response was we.qill.givw you £5.00 compensation,which again i responded by saying no.thankyou as i wish to return the item,according to them,the goods were of a high quality and basically,I can't send them back as they won't accept returns even though their website states as long as it's not been worn and I have the original packaging,it won't be a problem. So this is where I'm at,I have 3 bras that I cannot wear,they won't accept them back and they are not willing to give me a refund. That is not what I call customers care,do not use this company. They definitely don't care

Ordered an item for car exhaust, the ad made it sound like a sporty car. Received a similar item that only whistled. Complained and was offered £2 compensation, refused that and now offered £4 compensation. I would avoid this seller 100%. I got a totally useless item and have asked for a full refund only to be offered £2, then £4.
Seriously, avoid, avoid, avoid.
They also took nearly 25% more mon y than the order amount then when I queried it they said it was for taxes, I did get the difference refunded.

Awful products!! Bought a round head kitchen knife which clearly was not the same as the one advertised. Shoddy product

Was led to believe the goods were coming from the UK, but no! Possibly USA or China. Goods ordered 8 March, still not received. VAT was added after I was given the final price and instead of £11.99, £21 was taken from my account. I am still chasing up the goods, and tracking is useless.

Bought item on 17Nov and still not recieved it. Thought I had given enough time to get it for Christmas but still hasn t arrived from them. They said that the order had got lost and would send another with fast delivery. I ask for a refund but they said it was to late as they had sent it.Do not buy from this company. If I could give no stars I would.

Do not buy from here! Item took ages to arrive as coming from US. The original email/website said UK. I kept getting tracking emails that indicated the item wasn't moving very fast. It finally arrived long after the required date, so the essence of sending a small, encouraging gift to my daughter during exams was completely lost! It is a very thin, poor quality glass heart. The message I requested is on the piece of paper that comes with it, not on the heart. Very disappointed for the price.

Ordered beginning of Feb. Still awaiting order. Frustrating as were meant for presents, dates now gone! Tracking info advises that items in B’ham and have been there since 3/3/24. What has happened to my glass hearts? Have messaged on 3 occasions with no clear response.

Ordered a glass heart for a birthday gift on 31/01 still haven’t received. Checked website before I ordered and email address was in UK. Then I’m told order is coming from US. Have sent several emails and at this point just want a refund but they are refusing as it’s “logistics”. Tracking said order was in Ireland last week but it’s still not delivered.

Still waiting for my order. Poor customer service.
Update- my order placed in January has finally arrived. It would have been good to have had better communication from customer service.
I would give the product 6 out of 10 for quality

If your hat size is over 7 3/8, even the Large size will be very tight. Found the strap to be distracting, but easy to remove.

The shoes fit right and they are beautiful.

Pros: Exactly as advertised down to the color and comfort. I can wear these all day at the office and enjoy the comfort that so few women’s work shoes offer. Looks great with any outfit.

At first they were not that comfortable but, as I used them, they are more comfortable and supportive. I walk 5 miles a day and these are great for keeping me on track. Will definitely get these again when I wear these out.
