Amazing quick delivery and Sue is so caring and helpful

Loved the taste of the juices, and the shots! Completed the 5 day juice cleanse. Used it as a way to re set my eating habits after a holiday. Would recommend and would definitely do it again. Sue is so friendly and helpful.

I came across iDetox whilst looking for a bit of motivation to clear both my body and my mind as I've had Long Covid for over 2 years now.
I was intrigued after reading the positive reviews and after trying so many things to help me get better, I decided to give it a go.
I ordered the 5 day detox and Sue emailed straight away to let me know, the day before it was dispatched that it was on the way. Unfortunately Parcel Force let her down, saying they wouldn't be able to deliver on the specified day, but Sue was on it right away. She rang them as obviously it was a temperature controlled product and then contacted me to let me know she'd be sending a replacement in the next post.
Fantastic service Sue as this wasn't your fault at all.
Anyway, back to the product.
When it arrived, it was all frozen in a well packed box. 2 soups, and a juice each for 5 days.
The quality of the soups was absolutely fantastic. I could have eaten day one every day 🤣
My only minor criticism would be that there is celery in all of them but that's my personal taste. (Maybe have an option to not have celery as I think a lot of people don't like it as it's a little overpowering.)
Sue, your soups are hearty, filling and wholesome and I could eat them every day! Absolutely delicious 😋
There were 5 different juices, all freshly made with berries, apples, oranges etc plus green tea.
I struggled slightly with these but I think that's down to my taste buds with my Long Covid as I can't take anything too acidid any more.
I'd like the option to just order a soup bundle...maybe something to think about for the future Sue 🤔😁
Down to the nitty gritty...I have lost 9 pounds in 5 days!!!
I'm delighted as I only wanted to lose about half a stone. My skin looks amazing and I feel I've got a more positive outlook now.
I'd recommend this plan to anyone who needs a little boost to kickstart their mind and body.
Sue is a legend. She treats each customer as a friend and nothing is too much trouble.

Items arrived fully frozen so they went straight in the freezer as I started on a Monday however I had 2 lots of Day 5 soups and no Day 1 which wasn’t an issue. I found the smoothies and soups very tasty and never felt I was starving hungry at any point. Day 2 was a struggle with a headache and lack of concentration, Day 3 felt much better.
Fully recommend the 5 Day Detox it has kick started better eating habits, energy levels have increased and I’m planning my next 5 Day Detox.
I have given 4 stars as the smoothies and soups all use celery as an ingredient, creating a base flavour and the only snack option is carrot or celery…celery was off my snack option as I didn’t find it appealing.

Incredible juices, smoothies and meal plans. I’d been putting off signing up for this but after seeing over half a stone loss in just two weeks I wish I’d done it sooner… and that was just from the meal preps!

The food is delicious and great for people with busy lives. It keeps your portion sizes in control and all the nutrients and goodness is in all the meals.

The smoothies and juices taste great. I’m currently on a 5-day juice detox and cannot wait to see the results at the end of the week.

I would highly recommend, I’ve been telling everyone I know!!! Sue, you really are a hidden gem and your products are working miracles! I feel healthier, more motivated, less tired and losing weight I’ve struggled to lose for years… who wouldn’t want that!

Quick delivery, well packaged. The soups and smoothies taste great and I feel that the detox works well. This is the 3rd time I’ve had this and I always lose weight and feel much better.

Fantastic Service. Delivery on time and well packaged. The meals were all very tasty and thought the detox I very rarely felt hungry or wanting to snack. 9lbs dropped and 2 inches dropped on my Waist!

I have just completed the 5 day meal detox. I thought I might struggle, but not at all. Everything was delicious and I did not feel hungry. I feel great having completed it and an added bonus of losing 6lbs. The communication from Sue is great. I will definitely be doing this on a regular basis. I would highly recommend.

Have tried the juice and soup detox before and loved it.
This time tried the juice detox and loved the freshness of the juices, great flavours. Wanted to maintain my previous weight loss and this worked a treat.
Would highly recommend.

Returning customer.Tried the new meals as part of my 5 day detox. Packed full of flavour, great variety and very filling. Was easy to do as I prepped the previous week as per Sues advice and did not experience a detox headache. I lost 9lb between the prep period and the detox. I have lost 1cm on my waist and hips, feel less bloated and have lots of energy. Food arrived promptly, well packaged and still frozen. The easiest 5* rating and recommendation ever! Thank you!!

As many I let the diet slip over Christmas and New year, got in touch with Sue and had a 5day detox within a couple of days, 5lbs lost and 2cms round waist and hips! Since my first detox 10months ago I've managed to lose more than 2stone and 8inches around my waist. But also it's helped me get a diagnosis for my thyroid problems and a gluten intolerance. I always struggled to lose weight until I found Sue and her wonderful detox, its changed my life! Sue is so supportive and so kind, I can't thank her enough for helping me! I've finished my post Christmas detox and I feel so much better! Dealing with early menopause is hard at the best of times and sugar and alcohol really ignite the symptoms. The soups and juices were DELICIOUS and my sweats & feeling sluggish have subsided. I've slept very well and the water intake I've learnt is really important. My hormones have tightened the amount of weight I lose on the scales but I'm happy with over 7lbs. Thank you for your help and support along the way. Your products are fantastic!
