The ordering process is amazing, fast and easy. The only thing I would definitely want improved and I think most would agree is more pictures of the actual unit that would be sent. It's wonderful to have models showcasing the units, all styled and done up, but I want to see what I'm actually going to receive and how it's really going to look in different natural lightings and how it comes styled. It's very unnerving to be spending so much money and not knowing if you're getting what is shown. But I hope for the best and you do have the best units I've seen, and I've been looking. This was my first time ordering here and I haven't received my order yet so hopefully everything is good and I will absolutely be ordering again, thank you!

The wig was very late getting to me. When I did get it it was nothing like what I ordered or the picture. Called customer service to get refund.They kept wanting to give me a discount of 40% off my next purchase when I had told them I was unhappy with my purchase. Sure as heck not going to be ordering anything else from them. The wig looked like something you buy at Walmart for Halloween. When I sent pictures and everything they asked for , they still refused to give me refund and kept giving me the run around. I ended up taking the little refund of $40 bc I got tired of dealing with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I always say that great customer service is the key to a great company. Even a company with ok products, but great customer service will get loyalty from me. Idefinewigs is a great company to work with. Great customer service and high quality products. I have only received 1 wig that was completely different that what I ordered, but guess what they took care of it immediately. I have referred all of my friends looking for a great wig to idefinewig. If you are waiting to order because you are unsure I would no hesitate any longer place your order

I ordered a wig about 3 weeks ago. I have not received it. I have call the company numerous times no answer. I have emailed as well, no reply. No good company to deal with. I would like to get my money back, over a $100, but no one responds. Never again and I won’t recommend they company to anyone

I was recently ripped off by a wig company! When I ran across your sight it felt different trustworthy! The process was easy. When I receive my unit I will know for sure if you will be my go to! Thank you,

I need my money back. The wig was not the same in the picture.

Just horrible, nothing but false advertising because they already know they don't have what they are advertising it should be criminal. This is the second time; the first time I just kept the product because who wants to return. The second time I refused, I sent it back as they instructed, I refused to settle for a credit, and I still have not received the refund to date after returning the product. So now I've paid for something I don't even have CRIMINAL! My advice would be to anyone this is not the site to use period!!!!!!!!

We got shoes. I looked on other sites and cannot find them. I really like to speak. Hopefully when it comes in, it’ll be exactly what I was looking for. I was having problems at first cause I did not see confirmation in my email but I found it so I’m more confident about this order. Hope I really like my wig when it comes in thank you.
