THE AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM IDEAL WINDOWS IS FIRST CLASS .MY FRONT DOOR WHICH IDEAL WINDOWS FITTED NEEDED ADJUSTING SLIGHTLY.THEY CAME OUT AND ADJUSTED A FEW HOURS AFTER I RANG THEM .THE TEAM AT IDEAL WINDOWS GARY DAVE AND CHARLOTTE ARE SO HELPFUL POLITE AND SO FRIENDLY.I RECOMMEND IDEAL WINDOWS FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE .COLIN BROOKES

Im absolutely delighted with my new porch new soffits gutters and drainpipes. The price was excellent and the Service outstanding. The fitters were respectful diligent and professional in their work. I can highly recommend them . At last a company who give great Customer service .

Ideal removed my dining room window and brickwork and installed bi-fold doors and also replaced my bedroom window. They did a really good job. I’m very happy with their work.

Customer Service is excellent. I had my windows installed several years ago and found one of the handles broke. David came out, sorted that out but at the same time looked at all the other windows and adjusted them slightly. Such a small thing made such a huge difference. On top of which he cleaned the windows! He told me what to use to clean the windows and the stuff is miraculous. One light spray and a quick buff and no smears. Brilliant service and a really nice guy too.

We had Ideal fit a biFold door. Although we were first fitted with the wrong frame Ideal took full responsibility with no issues and although inconvenient their handling of it took away the stress, the correct door was ordered and refitted. The fitters were excellent, there were no delays to delivery. Would work with them again.

We had Ideal window systems to replace our front windows last week. We had no hesitation in asking them to do the job as they had fitted a new rear composite door last year. We are so pleased with them and the whole experience from start to finish. Garry did the first visit and was excellent and so professional as were the fitters Lewis and Stephen who did a fantastic job. Charlotte in the office if also always a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I've had Ideal in to fit a composite door and side frame. Really easy to deal with, prices were competitive and the fitter was fantastic.

Ideal windows did a great job seven years ago fitting new windows with skill and friendliness. Today they fixed a window catch despite being out of warranty - prompt friendly service and for no charge!! Great company - would highly recommend.

Have had all our windows replaced, the fitters were excellent, extremely helpful and did a great job. Had a few snagging issues, which you would expect replacing so many windows in a 1930's house, but these were all resolved very quickly. The overall customer service exceeded our expectations!

I used Ideal windows 35 years ago when I first bought my house and replaced the windows. Since then I have had them back numerous times for either replacements or new doors and every time I have had the same reliable and expert service.

Expected the usual problems. NONE !!! Courteous prompt and fitted our door with no problems. Kept well informed as well. Any other work we need will definitely use again and recommend.

Absolutely top notch all round. We had all the windows replaced throughout the whole house. The initial sales visit and detailed survey were professional and helpful. The fitters did an excellent job, tidying up very well after themselves, and sorting out a couple of snags with no fuss. We'd use Ideal again, without any doubt.
