Because after twice placing my order(first one 07/13/20 and second time 08/16/20) I still don’t have what I ordered and again they told me that I have to place a new order. Do you think people are having extra time to deal with a simple online order for 2-3 month? I really want to be in contact with someone responsible. And I’m so tired of talking to your customer service and hearing from them that they are sorry about what happened and at the end they do nothing and ask me to place a new order.
After 2month I only got back my refund and a discount code that is only valid for one day.
Really a big disappointment for this brand and to be honest was only wasting time.

After almost 2 months I still didn’t receive my order
I ordered my bag 1 month and half ago, they didn’t call me , they didn’t deliver on time and they told me they came at the door and were not able to reach us while we were at home the whole day. I complained and changed the delivery address since I moved from my last address, they apologized and promised to send it to the new address. After 2 weeks Of the last conversation, I didn’t receive my order yettttttt!!!!!
