The attention to detail, the professionalism and great communication

In both instances of using Ideal Agent, I was referred to very competent, knowledgeable realtors who made my sale/closing very easy. I will use this service again, as I would not have found the realtors that I was referred to.

My agent Debbie came to my home explained how the process works and that she will always be there for me. I signed the agreement andat the end of the week buyers walked in and we're taken back at the cleanliness of the house, the view, and that everything was done no repairs were needed, with in 30 min the house was sold.

From the start, Lissette gave us a very professional presentation (we interviewed five agents altogether). Once we selected her, she quickly arranged for a professional photographer (vs. cell pics, which some realtors use). The quality of pics, the virtual staging, and the accompanying video of our property was extremely well done and appealing to the eye. Lissette also prepared a high-quality flyer for prospective buyers to pick up during a tour or open house. She prepared us for every stage of this process. Lissette has excellent communication skills and was always very responsive to our inquiries. She found us multiple buyers after our house was on the market just three days. If you have a house to sell in the Raleigh area, Lissette should be your agent!!

Rebecca is extremely good at what an agent should be. She is knowledgeable about the market, but also how things work within the real estate system, legal and mechanical. She is very good with the computer and especially, her phone. My wife is not an easy please - she loved Rebecca.

I interviewed two local, well-known, highly recommended agents in addition to my Ideal Agent, Lisa. Both of the "well-known" agents recommend I list my house for $750K and expect to receive an offer of closer to $725K. Lisa consistently valued my house at $850K ($100K over the other 2 agents). She did not waiver in her assessment throughout my early conversations with her and the other 2 agents. She was not well-known in my small community and surrounding areas, but I decided to give her a chance. We had 4 showings the first weekend and received 2 full price offers. She was present during the appraisal, which was sufficient to support the offer price. The house closed at full price and on schedule. This was the most successful, easiest house sale I've ever experienced (and I've had many). I would highly recommend Lisa. She provided an independent, (somewhat) outsiders assessment, and SHE WAS RIGHT. I'm so thankful I trusted her and that she exceeded my expectations and delivered!!

It was a great experience Cris my realtor went out of the way and had family members bring me copies to sign, through e sign I was able to take care of documents.he even went to the cemetery to take pictures of the gravestones,he solved everything, I didn't have to travel to mia.thank you Cris.
