Second Time using Ideal Agents
This is our second time selling a home in Texas and now in Florida with our Agent, Debbie with ReMax. We are very happy with the high quality agents that Ideal has referred us to with lower commission rates, but NO difference in the quality of our marketing the home to sell, helping stage our home for showing and completely guided us through the process to the closing sale of our home on February 19, 2025. Good experience on the buying end
We were hooked up with Bryce out of Coldwell banker in Portland and he was quite helpful. It’s hard to find a home in Maine right now and he was persistent and stuck with us for 6 months. However the selling end was less than a positive experience. The agent came to my house in grand forks ND and before he even walked through the house he said oh I see this is through ideal agent and then refused to be the agent to sell. He decided it wasn’t enough money for him.
