While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

While I understand there’s a data monopoly, this is simply too expensive. We’re almost paying daily, what we were paying monthly.
I find it hard to believe the increased conversions from postcode lookups justify this cost.
If your software doesn’t rely on postcode lookups, just ensure your address fields are suitable for autocomplete and form filling instead.
Api works fine, Support is good, dashboard is ok but basic.
Updating my review to a lower score as costing us over £500 a month for postcode lookups which is way more expensive than I thought it was going to be and honestly it's just not sustainable. I'll be replacing it this week with something else.
It's OK but the price is a bit too expensive. Support is great though.
It seems there is a horrible stranglehold on postcode data by big companies (Royal Mail) and small businesses like us end up paying the price.
They take about £15 a day from us for postcode lookups so I'll be switching to an alternative when i get time. I chose this for simple setup which was easy and the API endpoints are fast to respond.
However, a much cheaper solution is to use Google Maps API with a restriction on the type of result returned to addresses. It will take a bit of work to setup but the savings will be huge.
It's OK that's why I've given 3 stars, if the pricing was more reaslistic for small business owners then I'd give it the full 5 stars but feel pricing is a little bit too high and not really cost-effective long term.
