Acquistato un gioco, mi chiamano chiedendomi il 20%in più. Se le aziende hanno aumentato i prezzi è compito loro aggiornarli nel loro sito non preoccuparsene quando l’acquisto è stato fatto chiedendo soldi in più, considerando poi che sul sito della Chicco il gioco costava comunque meno.

Gentile Cliente,
siamo dispiaciuti dell' accaduto. In realtà sono stati chiesti 20€ + un omaggio da parte nostra, non il 20%. I prezzi sono in continuo aggiornamento, soprattutto dai fornitori, che purtroppo non avvisano in tempo. Oltretutto lei ha dichiarato che sul sito della Chicco costava meno, cosa che abbiamo verificato e che in verità costava di più. Tutte le aziende possono sbagliare. Cercheremo comunque di migliorare il nostro servizio.
