Bad reselling story
This is a company that resells the services of other hosting companies. They don't have their own networks, their own server control panel. All they have is support that responds for hours.
We had a situation where we overdue the invoice payment - the server was turned on only after a few hours.
The following month, we paid the invoice on time, but the server was turned off exactly on the payment date (it was paid in the control panel)
I wrote to the support to find out the reason for the shutdown of the server on February 5th, and received the following threat:
"Our company maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding aggressive or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to terminate services and this contract without prior notice if professional conduct standards are not met. We strongly advise you to act with patience. Otherwise, we reserve the full right to terminate the contract between you and us without any prior notice.
Please be advised that a warning has already been issued to you, and it is final and not open to dispute.
So far, we have been unable to identify any indication that your server went down, and a detailed investigation is required to determine this. This is a complex process. Therefore, we are unable to provide an ETA for a response at this time. We hereby inform you to take the above-mentioned warning very seriously.

If you want your servers to run erratically, shut down once a month and you overpay for the lack of service, use this service. In other cases, I do not recommend it.
