Everyday Wear forfinet siden 1983. I stedet for at jagte sæsonens trends skaber vi stilfuldt, klassisk, tidløst og langtidsholdbart Everyday Wear, der ikke går af mode og holder pasform og farve vask efter vask.

I emailed them with a few questions

I emailed them with a few questions. They are so "correct" that they don't answer for more than a month, and probably two !!!
It seems that this company is also full of foreigners and expats for whom basic respect for the customer is not a high priority ! 😏
Yes, their t-shirts are very good, but I will have to buy from another manufacturer that at least responds to customer emails and provides information. I had a similar experience with a German company. After I asked a second time (about the same thing), the lady across the street wondered why I didn't have an answer. They made an inquiry, found the email and the one who was supposed to answer and help turned out to be a "foreigner". This is how companies' reputations are ruined. What if they don't feel like working (writing and returning emails) to stay at home. Wages with laziness are easily taken, but it is also a matter of time !!!

*Addendum to the comment;

No matter how you report the comment, Trustpilot is fair and doesn't censor customer reviews! You may not like negative reviews, but that's entirely up to you! It's easy to report feedback instead of searching and finding a solution to the problem. It's an "easy job" for you too, you just have to learn to answer your emails. It's that easy and simple! No one said that the order was from and for Bulgaria. It wasn't even an order, but a request for one (on your email). I was in Germany when I wrote to you.Not responding to your emails is unprofessional - it's not polite and you report a constructive comment as tarnishing your reputation. Don't you think this is rude and impudent ?

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about your experience, but I’m somewhat puzzled by the situation as we do not sell directly to Bulgaria.

Kind regards,
Anni
