BAD company. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. I was rebooked on a cruise with a promise of a better rate. I was not able to get in touch with anyone from the website and found out there were two bookings for me and I was cheated. The booking reservation did not appear until today 7/6/25 , 6 months later , my old reservation was not updated, the travel agent would not answer his phone. I was too late to get back a refund on the downpayment and the cruise line gave me the correct number which I used to cancel.

Since I am in Europe, I was unable to call the 866 number and wished to do everything via chat or email. I wanted to know how to use my cruise credits on a cruise I wanted to book leaving in 1 month. I was told that someone would phone me in 48 to 72 hours. The cruise was filling up fast, so I went ahead and booked anyway. It has been about 48 hours and still no phone call. The people on the chat line were pleasant but were unable to help me with this simple problem.

I had been trying with multiple other sights to get my cruise booked and each time something came up and they needed to "contact me by phone" and then proceeded to tell me the deal was not available but for more money they could get me something else. Frustrated I found icruise.com and it was seamless and went through without having to "chat" with anyone for the same price that I was trying to get with another sight. Thanks so much for the awesome no hassle planning.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service we have received in planning our upcoming cruise for October 2025. The entire experience has been riddled with miscommunication, lack of follow-up, and overall poor customer service.
When we initially inquired about airfare through the cruise line, we were incorrectly informed that my cousin (traveling from a different state) would require an additional payment — this turned out to be false. Furthermore, we received no notification or check-in regarding our final payment, which resulted in a late payment due to incorrect information the agent had on file for my credit card.
Additionally, we were shocked to learn — only when we proactively followed up — that our pre-cruise hotel reservation with Oceania was considered past due. Again, no communication or billing notification was provided by our agent regarding this payment. We had assumed that all add-ons (airfare, hotel, etc.) were included with our final payment, which should have been clarified.
When I called customer service to try to resolve the issue, the call was chaotic — there was so much background noise it felt like a party was going on. I had to request that they mute the phone so I could hear myself speak. While they eventually complied, I received no resolution because the hotel booking is apparently managed by a separate department.
Frankly, if there weren’t financial penalties involved, we would have canceled this cruise entirely and rebooked with a different provider. We feel trapped in this process, especially considering the likelihood that your agent, Juny, has already received commission from the cruise line.
We are waiting to hear from him today to finalize any outstanding payments that Oceania says we owe — and after that, we will never use your services again. Nor will we ever recommend your company to others.

Bunch of fraudsters. Charged me in full 6 months in advance and didn't made payment to the Royal Caribbean cruiseline, in return RCI charged me $965 usd for defaulting on payment a day before leaving the cruise.
It's been over a month the person who was my POC does not bother to reply or track or refund.
Bunch of frauds, DO NOT BOOK.
Update: Finally after following with Toni, who have been immensely helpful, got the refund of $965. Took roughly 3 months tho.
I am 100% sure if it wasn't for Toni, I wouldn't have received the refund. Atleast someone in this company is actually doing some work.

Made a reservation from this site. I dont recommend anyone to,
1. Price is slightly expensive from the the cruise website itself, not worth it. We had to pay extra $100 for our msc cruise. If you want to book, just go to msccruiseusa.com directly
2. To pay the remaining balance, they will make it hard or not available from the website so you will call them, then reaching them was super hard and fake ai american accent was used by the indian call agent. Agent probably will get commision from any purchase
3. Promised us with $100 credit onboard which was not credited to our account when we boarded and customer service on the ship didnt see anything.
