I have always had a great experience with icruise.com. But something must be going on there. Because I had my first agent for about 3 years, then she left and I found another one and had her for about 3 years and now in the last year I have went through 5 agents. Are they getting rid of all of them or are they quitting? Then it's so hard to find another one. I had sent many emails to the company but nobody would get back to me. I have loved icruise, but not sure what is going on!

I usually book a cruise four times a year and this time I decided to try with icruise and that was a bad decision. The agents kept telling me that they can only give deals that the pacific cruise line that I am wanting to get on which is Norwegian cruise line is offering. I’m booking through this company. I can’t even see on my Norwegian cruise line app on how much is left that I owe. It’s just a pain in your butt to go back-and-forth with this company and NCL please if you decide to book a cruise should go with directly with the cruise line that you want to get on. Forget about the third-party company to book your cruise. i’ve tried to tell their agents that I would like to move my booking to directly with NCL and they’re telling me that it takes seven days to do so.

Booked a 'Beach' excursion for a Costa Maya cruise, together with a 'Protection Plan'. Designated date was a stormy day pouring rain so tried calling the local number supplied with no response, so left refund application until my return home.
And guess what? Called ICruise - who now tell me it is not responsible for excursions and I get passed to another outfit. And little surprise to discover no refund agreed, and puerile excuses given. Yet again, we experience companies eager to take money for a Protection Plan which offers no protection. Our payment? Gone. Caveat Emptor.

If there was a rate less than 1, I would have given that.
Unless you wish to be hounded day & night with phone calls that start at 7:10am, do not contact this company. The emails have been easier to deal with by simply blocking.
I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their list to no avail - unfortunate, they loose further exploration for being so blatantly annoying & intrusive.

We joined the icruise rewards program after being promised our next cruise would be covered. After joining and paying $999.00 we were told no we would owe another $500.00 or so. It continued to go downhill after that.
Chelsea sold us the program saying she would be our personal travel agent from then on out every time we booked. She then said she was going to have someone else do it and that Richard would be calling us back in the next day. He never called, so we called Chelsea back and she said he couldn't do it and that a 3rd person would be calling us because they were too busy to take us on. This 3rd guy is the one who said our cruise would not be covered. We ask they go back and listen to the recorded message with Chelsea. This was never addressed by them and as far as we know they did not do it.
Chelsea was supposed to call us back and never did. Then a guy named Juan said he would look into it and call us back. But he had someone else call us back and we had to go through the whole story yet again. He said we would have to talk with Juan again that he couldn't help us. He said Juan would call us back, but Juan didn't get back to us until about 5 days later. We left so many messages for Chelsea and quite a few others. After a week and no one responding, we disputed it with our bank. Then we finally get a call back from Juan who offered us an additional 1000 points. We said no and he asked us to cancel the dispute. We said not until we get our money back.
Long, long, story icruise rewards is mess. It is very complicated and difficult to understand. All we wanted to do was to speak with someone who could straighten out the mess, but it was extremely frustrating when we couldn't get anyone to respond.
I have used icruise for years and never experienced service like this until we joined their program. Beware of joining.

0 stars would better explain my situation. The consultant booked a cruise without my consent and added insurance after I declined. I have emails saying he would not book until I gave him the final response. The call was not completed and he went ahead and charged my account. He is now telling me that I cannot cancel because I will lose my money. He did say that I would get my money for insurance back but I don’t believe him. This site is a scam. I just wanted to book a trip with help and am now stuck with an obstructed cabin on a cruise after he told me 3 times it was an ocean front balcony unobstructed. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

Misleading pricing on their website, then you go to book, on hold for hours, they get all your details, make you sign up to their mailing list and then try to proceed to charge almost double the advertised price. This would be illegal in Australia but I suppose they can get away with it. Incredibly unethical business practice and really just a waste of time.

We booked a transatlantic cruise in October 2025, placing refundable deposits of $1000 for Royal Caribbean and $499 for travel insurance.
Found out a week later that my husband was now scheduled for a long awaited knee surgery during the same time.
I called the same agent to cancel, he acknowledged the refundability of our deposits and advised he'd process our request.
I followed up our phone call with an email acknowledgment too.
Fast forward, over the next few weeks not only did he not process our refund, but would no longer reply to my emails. Any attempts to talk to a 'supervisor' are thwarted by other agents telling you 'let them help you' where nothing gets done.
Ended up having to dispute the charges with Bank of America (our Visa card issuer), that we just recently received our deposits credited back to our account.
It is our opinion that this company is NOT to be trusted, as our first time dealing with them was nothing short of a total disappointment. Avoid at all costs!

Reservations on website doesn't work, they force you to make it by phone trying to sell more services.
