Hi Jay,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the recent changes have affected your experience. The price adjustments were made to keep up with rising operational costs while continuing to offer quality service at a still fair and affordable price.
As for the longer wait times, we've recently experienced higher-than-usual demand. We're actively working to improve turnaround times as we continue to grow our team. If there's anything specific we can do to assist you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best regards.

Orders are received without any issues
Orders are received without any issues, but after waiting 7 days, none of them get approved. In the past two weeks, not a single backlink order has been completed. It’s been a complete waste of both time and money. Customer support takes days to respond to emails and never communicates directly with the providers. Very disappointing experience.

Unfair Account Suspension & Refund Refusal ($55 Withheld)
I was a paying user of iCopify until my account was suddenly suspended without warning for alleged "link deletions." Despite providing no clear evidence of policy violations, iCopify:
Blocked access to my account without prior notice**.
Refused to refund** my remaining $55 balance.
Ignored 7+ support emails** over [time period, e.g., 2 weeks].
Please help me this matter.

Hello Cove,
Your account has been suspended due to violating our usage guidelines and deleting articles after buyers approving the orders.
As a security measure and to keep our platform safe and reliable for all users, we have taken these measures for further account monitoring.
We have delivered a warning and a red banner on your account's dashboard asking you to recover the articles due to receiving several complaints that the orders do not get completed or are simply removed after payment.
Additionally, your role on our platform is a publisher, and publishers can't add funds to their balance - you are not a paying user.
Your account and balance are suspended until you take further action from your end (recover the deleted articles).
Please keep in mind that we can't pay for orders that have not been completed or removed, as we have granted refunds to the buyers.
Please address your issues as soon as possible, and your account will be reinstated.
With regards.

Hello Nil,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
The prices listed on the main market place are exclusive of the platform service fee. The service fee is a small charge of 1% of the total of the service price. This fee covers the processing cost and is fully refundable if your order wasn't completed as expected.
Additionally, if you are experiencing rejection of your article, we suggest reviewing your content, making sure it does not contain self-promotion, is not copyrighted or AI-generated, is not related to casino/adult, or other topics that are sensitive and might conflict with the website guidelines.
You can always reach us at support@icopify.co to send us your article, and we will gladly review it and guide you.
We hope to see you again soon.
Best regards.
This whole company is scam
This whole company is scam. I send there 100$. Asked contributor to post. No post, no reply. Asked another to write and post, no post no reply. Suddenly from 50$ another lower price is 300 for same website. I bet they even steal your content you send them to post, why would they charge 6x more for link insertion than for guest post on the same website. I asked support how to get my money back. Do you think they replied? Ghost platform with worse PBNs you will ever see. Can not even report those ghosts to ghosts. After filter 45k sites you will end up with 5 usable which costs 3x more than elsewhere. I use Collaboratorpro. I use Prnews without problem. Here I can not even spend my money because they fake with bots lower prices. I am 3 weeks on the platform and nobody has even replied to me yet. From prnews I got phone call, I got my own manager on the first day I signed up. I will be lucky if I will be able to spend my money here. Just do not use this crap.
Edit: I have different experience than what you just wrote, othervise I would not write review here. You should make favor to all honest people and just delete this platform and disappear.

Hello Tomas,
If you ever encounter difficulties with an unresponsive publisher, we highly recommend cancelling the order and placing it with a publisher who has a proven track record of high completion rates and recent activity on our platform.
As a platform, we have a dedicated team of moderators that oversees all users interactions. Additionally, stealing content goes against our usage guidelines. If you ever come across this issue, there is a red flag icon next to the website URL that you can click, and it will report the site and publisher to us.
We would also like to remind you that link insertions are only provided by website owners directly through our site. These can often be more expensive as they involve placing a link on a website with established authority and traffic. This added value allows the site owner to charge a higher price for the backlink to their existing content. This is a common practice among service providers.
We want to assure you that our platform has a database of over 40,000 websites and we are confident to say that you will find a high-quality domain that meets your requirements and budget.
Our team aims to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours. We have already reached out to you and provided a prompt solution. We appreciate your input as it encorage us to improve.
We hope to heard back from you soon.
Best regards.

Hello Sanosuke,
Thanks for your review and comment; we appreciate it a lot. See you!
Disappointing Experience with This Platform
1. Poor Visual Editor and User Experience
The platform offers a publishing space for authors, but its visual editor is one of the worst I’ve encountered. Formatting issues make content creation frustrating. Users must manually input links and anchors into a separate field instead of inserting them naturally within the text. This outdated approach slows down workflow and decreases efficiency. A modern editor with intuitive features would significantly improve usability.
2. Inefficient Task Management for Contributors
Another major drawback is the way contributor tasks are handled. Many contributors skip their assignments, leading to delays in project completion. There is no accountability system to track missed tasks, which affects productivity. A better task management system with deadlines and reminders could resolve this issue.
3. Lack of Transparency in the Affiliate Program
The affiliate program does not function as expected. After signing up and promoting my referral link, I noticed a significant flaw. A user registered through my link, but I never received any commission despite months of waiting. When I contacted support, they claimed the user did not register through my link. This response contradicts my tracking data, raising concerns about transparency and credibility.
4. Unhelpful Customer Support
Customer support fails to provide helpful resolutions. When I inquired about my missing commission, they dismissed my concern without a thorough investigation. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to assist affiliates makes the entire program unreliable. A trustworthy affiliate program should have clear tracking, prompt payments, and responsive support.
Final Verdict
While the platform offers a space for publishing, its poor visual editor, inefficient task management, and unreliable affiliate program make it hard to recommend. If the developers address these issues, it could become a valuable tool. Until then, I advise users to be cautious when using their services.

Hi Dmytro,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
As a platform, we have an automated system for referrals.
If a referral registers on the platform using your link for the first time and adds funds, you will get your referral commission, and it will be automatically added to your iCopify balance.
However, if you haven't received your affiliate commission, it could be due to an error on your referral's end during the registration process or when using your link.
We have thousands of users registered as affiliates and haven't encountered issues with this system, so we encourage you to give it another try in the future.
Additionally, if you require any further clarification, you can always reach us at support@icopify.co; we are happy to help!.
With regards,
iCopify's support team.

Hello Tenant,
Links can get removed due to several factors, such as: content/copyright, AI detection, website theme, issues with the publisher/website admin, etc. As a first step, we suggest contacting the publisher through the chat to update you and fix the order for you; if that's not possible, please send us an email to support@icopify.co and we will promptly refund your order.
Additionally, we would like to remind you that our support line is available during business hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (UK- time), Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Currently, our support line is not available on weekends, and we apologise for the inconvenience. However, we will get back to you as soon as possible during working hours.
Please feel free to reach out to us to update us about your issue or if you require additional assistance.

We do NOT own icopifyseo, icopifyppc, or any other domains than our official sites.
Our official sites are only www.icopify.com and www.icopify.co.
Regrettably, the company you’ve been in contact with is a fraudulent entity impersonating our brand and logo, which unfortunately is a common tactic used by scammers. It has come to our attention that similar digital marketing agencies and recruitment agencies have been targets of this fraud.
It is important to mention that, as a company:
1. We don't offer remote job opportunities.
2. We don't work with recruitment agencies.
3. We will never ask a client/user to send us funds or invest in our company.

5. Our only support line is support@icopify.co, and all of our team members have verified emails with our icopify.com domain.
6. Our domains are www.icopify.com and www.icopify.co, any other domain is not ours, and it is trying to impersonate us.
On behalf of our team, we deeply regret to hear about your experience, and unfortunately, this is a case of fraud carried out by an external party. Given the circumstances, we strongly advise that you contact your bank immediately to report the transactions and seek any possible recourse. Additionally, we recommend filing a report with the relevant cybercrime authorities in your region, as they may be able to assist you in investigating this fraudulent activity and/or recover your funds.
We have reported this fraud with Action Fraud Police, and we are taking the necessary legal steps to address this issue accordingly.
While we understand the distress this situation has caused, please be assured that this is not related to our company in any way. We take the protection of our brand and reputation very seriously, and we encourage you to take immediate steps to protect your financial interests.
We are sincerely hoping for a positive outcome for you; please reach us at support@icopify.co if you need further guidance and clarification.
