It was really easy to verify your identity with Icon offices as I was having issues verifying it but with them it was all perfect and took only two days, however I took standard plan of 7 days but still they verified me within 2 business days. Thanks a lot and really recommend them for services. It was cheap and very smooth. Donot involve with people asking £100s for simple thing.

Untrusted Business Services that deferred from their obligation to refund
Payment dispute, I applied for virtual office address services and even though the account wasn’t completely set up due to incorrect ID, and that I had not received or used the office address service. I was still charged for an inactive subscription that they also made it very difficult to simply cancel the service subscription and excuse themselves for providing a refund.

Your refund request was received 3 months after your joined. We can confirm that you subscription was active. Your ID was just required to activate mail handling. Good in service but average in speed
Well, i have ordered my company formation service on 2 June 2026 and verified the identity at the same day and they proceeded the company registration by 4th of june and i finaly got it by 5th june. I am happy with that but i would have been happier if it was a bit faster, the bottle neck was their id verification system it take a bit more time. However, the support system needs to be improved. overall good experience except the service duration.
