Hemos disfrutado muchísimo montando el puzzle. Fue el regalo de Navidad para mi marido y le ha parecido muy original. Las piezas son únicas y se monta con mucha facilidad quedando un acabado perfecto y decorativo. Sin duda ha sido todo un acierto!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed putting the puzzle together. It was a Christmas present for my husband, and he thought it was very original. The pieces are unique and very easy to assemble, resulting in a perfect and decorative finish. It was definitely a great choice!

Be up front about how long the shipping will take. I ordered my product on December 4th and only just now received it on January 16th. They was an attempt to deliver the product but the delivery people lied about the situation and stated they attempted to call. The 2 attempted deliveries claimed couldn’t deliver due to “no access” and “wrong address” when the address was correct and we do have a gate but when they attempted deliveries the gate had been knocked down so the “no entry” is not valid. I was also told on several occasions that I would receive notifications and updates when I never received them at all. When I talked to someone within customer service they claimed they couldn’t refund me due to the “nature customs of our product” could not have a refund made. I was given a free replacement product which also doesn’t make any sense if the product was a custom product. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone.

Order jigsaws for my lad for christmas had an issue with a jigsaw and they resolved it no problem at all 100% recommend to anyone thinking about buying them thankyou so much !!!

If you are a football fam this is a must. My wife bought me two puzzles for my birthday and i absolutely love doing the puzzles. I now have two stunner hanging on my wall now. I would highly recommend these puzzles.

I bought one last year for a gift, leonel Messi. Nice puzzle, delivery took about a month. Quite over priced but the recipient liked it a lot.
Ordered another this year, lamine Yamal this time. Same price, took a month for delivery again.
BUT they are not the same quality puzzle, they are the same 2 d dimensions, but this years puzzle is much thinner, light weight in a smaller box. The idea to mount the two beside each other on a wall won't work because they are odd together. This years puzzle is far inferior. They were already over priced but now they are a rip off.

I enjoyed the challenge in putting together my Tampa Bay Rays wooden puzzle. The pieces that are shaped like different baseball players is a great touch.I have never done a puzzle like this before. If you like to solve challenging puzzles and enjoy supporting your team, I highly recommend you try an Iconic puzzle.

Great quality and difficult and unique puzzle. We were missing a piece but helped us resolve the issue . Great company!

Great puzzle! Our son is very happy with his very own Virgil van Dijk puzzle! Unfortunately he broke one of the pieces. I emailed Iconic Puzzles if I could order the missing piece. They replied within seconds and they offered a free puzzle. What a service! Definitly will order another puzzle in the future!

I am so blown away by this company. When my Chicago Cubs super fan elderly mother asked me to order this puzzle if it “wasn’t a scam site”, I was so hesitant because I hadn’t heard of it before but gave it chance. Well, silly me, forgot to update my address in my phone for my Apple Pay. My moms puzzle was sent to my old address. It took me about two weeks to realize what I did and no, it was not a scam lol I reached out to Iconic Puzzle hoping they still had the puzzle my mom wanted in stock and would send me another (and that I would pay, because it was totally my fault!). They not only said yep we have one, but we will send the replacement at no cost. It was so kind of them! What fabulous customer service!! I have a few friends who love to do puzzles and now I will ALWAYS check out this site first! Thank you so much for a great interaction!

Perfect gift for sports fans — especially if it features their favorite team logo. The quality is really good, and I like how some of the pieces are shaped like players in action. We bought two and really enjoyed them.

The puzzles are so fun to build and it’s our favorite family past time now. We had a small logistics incident but customer support was quick to arrange for a replacement. Thank you Iconic Puzzles!

I purchased three Manchester United puzzles for my nephews for Christmas. The shipping took a little longer than I expected but arrived in time for Christmas. The packaging and boxes they came in are in great quality and lovely keepsake. One of my nephews completed his puzzles and loves the details to the puzzles. I can't speak for my other nephew as he didn't do his two yet but but no doubt he will love them too 😊

I order an iconic puzzle for my son for Christmas. The ordering experience was easy and the puzzle arrived as promised.
We just put it together this week and I am impressed with the quality of the puzzle.
As a side note, we had an incident where one of our pups chewed one of the pieces and the customer service is graciously working with us even though this is not covered under warranty

I purchased a puzzle for my son-in-law for Christmas. When he was finishing up putting it together, one piece was missing. I contacted Iconic Puzzles and they very quickly responded and went into action. After exchanging emails and pictures, they graciously placed an order for a replacement puzzle. I’m so impressed with their customer service and quality of product. I will definitely be making another purchase in the future.

Ordered the puzzle on 2nd December as a gift for my father in law to complete on Xmas day with my son.
After not arriving after 10 days I was advised that it had definitely been shipped and on its way in 2 days time. None of the links the company provided worked so couldn't track it. Still hadn't arrived by 22/12 and was told it was coming the next day. On Xmas eve I had to purchase another puzzle from another store and I asked for a refund, however this was refused and it was delivered on 29/12 which was now pointless. Don't use this company just lied constantly.

The holes for the pieces are a little too small and there is no "wiggle room". If you start putting it together, when you get closer to completing it, you'll find the pieces will not fully fit together. You have to disassemble and reassemble two or three or four times. My mom and I have had to do that, and forcefully realign the pieces back together. It's frustrating especially when the pieces fall apart so you have to start over

We are thrilled with our Boston Celtics puzzle - it will hang for years to come in our Celtics basement. This was a great gift and the puzzle is very cool. The customer service was top notch too ... I definitely recommend buying an iconic puzzle!
