Customer service were extremely helpful and courteous, first emailing me and then phoning; politely explaining why my online order had not been finalised. It was my mistake!
The young lady then took my order which was delivered next day, as promised.
The order was delivered in secure packaging.

Great service in the end ...
I had great difficulty ordering on line as it seemed not to accept that my banking address and postal address were the same. That said, a member of staff was kind enough to say that even though the order got rejected at least three times, it had in been accepted twice and she sorted out a refund on one of them which was very much appreciated. They were large orders too. Now I have my cards, I can say that I am delighted with them and will definitely be buying more!!!!

great cards as always. However.....
This is the second time I've placed an order and not had an email confirmation, although the order says I will.
I also cannot get into my original account - now used 3 times. So icon=art not the best technology/website but my gorgeous cards always arrive. You're trustworthy.

I would agree if we were actually the company that sold you a cross trainer! WE SELL GREETING CARDS. Put your reviews on the correct company. Before you place your review check the other reviews on our account, they all mention greeting cards except the odd one who have done the same as you and posted on the wrong account. We do not sell consoles, mobile phones, calendars or now cross trainers......

Great variety
An amazing variety of beautiful cards at a great price. I was able to tick off all my special occasions for the next 6 months with a single visit to the website. Delivery was speedy and the quality of the cards and envelopes was excellent.

Extremely unhelpful customer services, refused to put me through to a manager. The console on the VR21 is faulty, got passed around the houses. Guy called Dan refused to take my complaint seriously, refused to put me through to a manager.
