Worst BROKER don't trade with them they they just steal money, they close and manipulate your trades, and they recently rejected my trade on US30 even though I had money to cover it. Thry probably rejected it because they dont want to pay it out. i am reporting them to the government I've had it !!!

The Agent was polite, quickly understood the issue and offered a solution that worked immediately. Appreciated

Absolutely unnaceptable customer experience.

I.ve worked, with ic markets for more than 5 years. It was ok in the past, but lately everything is turned to s..t in terms of customer service quality, very very bad.

I reached out to them, as i couldn.t open a new account ( the most simple thing a broker can offer), and Nikolas , on chat, told me " it is to our discretion if we open new accounts, and in this case will not open". I was like " i can.t believe this conversation is real".

I reached out to them by mail, advised to close my existing accounts, as i need to open 2 more for being able to copy trade, but same response
I can not trade my money on a trading broker, because they are not opening an account for me.

This is surreal. I.ve been advocating for them in the last years in my trading community, but now i adivse to stay away, if you want good customer service. I.ve had many past problems, from problems with withdrawals, to needing an account statement and they refusing to providing it, but this is actually insulting

Later edit : i exchanged several more emails on the subject and still the same result.

Take into consideration these aspects when choosing a broker, never encountered this before, and probably never will.

Customer service people was helpful and polite. But AI assistant was not very helpful and a bit frustrating to use.
