good quality, fair prices

For orders to Switzerland, customs have to be paid on top. Adding that amount makes the clothes not really good value for money.

Excellent product, received in time

I was genuinely excited to receive my order from this brand. I purchased two bras and a pair of flared tights, but after just one week of wearing the tights, I’m really disappointed with the quality.

I ordered a size S, which is my usual size in most brands, sometimes I even wear an M, so I was surprised to find that the tights were noticeably too big. I would definitely recommend sizing down.

What disappointed me the most, however, is that after only a week of wear, the fabric around the knees started to pill, forming small fabric balls. This shouldn’t happen so quickly, especially at this price point.

I’m yet to try the bras, but the tights have been very disappointing so far. After just one week of wear, the quality issues were unexpected and frustrating.

I liked the products and I‘m happy with them, but unfortunately there were very high custom taxes. We ordered from the website of the country where we live in and we thought there wouldn‘t be any, so that was a bit unfair. I would find it more fair if they would tell the tax price when buying. I will sadly not order again.

Delivery speed was really great even during black friday

This shop is the one of a very few that are actually based in Europe (Sweden) and ship from a warehouse in Europe. Even though I bought a few items during Black Friday sale week, they processed my order and delivered the items very fast. The overall quality of the clothings was satisfactory and I’m very happy with my purchase. I think the price range is slightly lower than the similar competitors with this level of quality.

I thought it is not worth the price but I just placed a second order because I love the clothes. Nothing has ever fit so well.

I genuinely did not intend to leave a 1-star rating. However, I still have not received the item I ordered. According to the UPS tracking information, the package was unexpectedly returned to your company. I am not sure why this happened, and I did not receive any notification or explanation. (I am located in Thailand.)

At this moment, I have neither received a replacement shipment nor any confirmation that my order has been cancelled. As a result, the payment has already been processed, but I have not received the product, nor a new tracking number.

I have reached out via email several times, but it seems there may have been some misunderstanding regarding the issue I am facing. Thank you very much for taking the time to review this matter, and I sincerely apologize for having to bring it to your attention again.
