Lost Trust – Order Unresorlved for Over a Month
I never expected to write a review like this, especially because I had good experiences with IceTool in the past. Unfortunately, this time has been a complete failure.
My order was placed on 28 November. Payment was accepted, but the order was delayed, shipping updates were confusing, and communication gradually stopped. Despite sending multiple emails over several weeks (including on 17, 21, 23, and 29 December), I received no replies at all.
As of today, there is still no delivery and no clear explanation of what happened to the shipment.
What makes this even more worrying is that this is not an isolated case. A close friend of mine has also been waiting for his order for over a month and a half, even though IceTool deliveries used to arrive within 1–2 weeks from Estonia. This strongly suggests a pattern of unresolved orders and lack of communication.
Delays can happen in any business — but ignoring customers, failing to respond for weeks, and leaving orders unresolved is unacceptable.
Based on this experience, IceTool no longer appears to have the same reliability or credibility it once had. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious before ordering until these serious issues are properly addressed.
Update:
After posting this review, IceTool finally shipped a replacement order via DHL Express, which I received along with a small complimentary item.
While I appreciate the resolution, it is important to note that this only happened after weeks of silence and public feedback. I hope IceTool improves its communication and handling of similar cases in the future.

I ordered green can but came black. I wrote them email to ask about that but no response more than a week

Hey Adam! Tracked your problem and remeber the case now. Tri Can Leatherface can is actually black, never green and the reflection of light on the product may give an idea that the can body is in dark green tone but it is not. I hope you are enjoying your Icetool can and have gotten used to the black color!
