Excellent service, timely payouts.
I have purchased tickets from Icelotto 3 times already, at first i didn't win anything, but i cant complain because i understand its lottery and no winnings can be guaranteed. The second time i have purchased for 250 EURO and won 55 EURO, upsetting but OK. The third time I have invested 1200 EURO and won 6000 EURO!!!
My personal agent named David immediately contacted me notifying about the winning, guided me on the withdrawal process and helped me to get my prize just within 2 days. It was absolutely surprising. Thank you Icelotto and David!

It is a average site,it has no systematic in it's website, payment system is not reliable and user friendly and the customer support very poor, it not a reliable site and as well user friendly, I will not recommended this site, for the time being, till,the site more updates and user friendly.

I don’t know why some people negative comments on icelotto. I choose many things with Icelotto: the cost of the tickets, the lottery, the winning chances, playing personal or syndicate, the day I want to play, and more. I am really like their simple and strait forward design and explaination. Thanks.

It's dissapointing to see negative comments on icelotto. I personally purchased tickets with Icelotto and received my ticket scans in my account.

Ice lotto contacted me about a promotion they had going says that 75% of their clients using this system had won big over $45,000 also he said if I didn’t win a significant amount everything would be refunded to me, so it was a win situation all I had to do was tell 3 people.
They rang several times over the following months, once to say I had won big but they couldn’t give me the amount until I recieved my money, they then asked for more money for more lottos and programs, they also confirmed that if I didn’t win big I would get my money back. They even charged my cards when I expressly told them not to.
The time came and went several times over for me to recieve my money but I never recieved it. Kept calling with no answers. One person said he would sort it out, and I never heard from him again. The original guy no longer worked there and details were all hush hush . All I want is my money back as promised.

John Mandez, their VIP Manager, contacted me several times after I bought one ticket to purchase their 300 euro plan. Even though I told him several times I'm not interested the dude continued to harass me. Telling me it's not a lot of money. Worst experience ever. This was all after I told the first agent I wasn't interested they tried to get more money out of me with a more expensive plan. He was downright offensive and rude.

They take your money eg $20 then pay you a 'win' which is really just a very small portion eg less than $1 of your own money back.
Yes you do see 'a ticket' in your account but dont expect to collect a bigger 'win' than the amount that you 'invested'. I did actually check my one of my scanned tickets with the genuine lotto provider and had won $200.
Icelotto had advised that I had lost !!!
I lodged a complaint with 'Icelotto Support' 6 weeks ago and all I get are lies and delay emails back from the 'Support Department'. One email it says that it has been resolved but yet they wont provide the details then the next email states that the support team are still working on it!!!!
How long does it take to check 6 numbers against my ticket !!!!!!!

Please save your money and report this scam to as many places as you can!!!!

so.. I was surprised to see that after registering with IceLotto I got a scanned copy of the real Mega Million American Lottery. Seems that all real tickets are scanned to my account few hours after I buy them. This is a great service, which I never thought actually exist. I don't need to leave my sofa to get the lottery tickets.. my laziest thought ever, but still.. don't need to leave my sofa! :)

I also checked these guys and they have started from UK many years ago. Seems like so many years in business is a good reputation, otherwise they would have been closed long time ago.
I actually registered with them, and got immediately a "thank you welcome" e-mail with a scanned free ticket. I think it proves their honesty. They even did not asked me to pay anything. They simply sent me this free ticket. I am sure they want me to like it and eventually pay as well. But I must say that they did not said or write anything that they gave me this free ticket just if I will also pay. This is nice and I do not know many sites that gives you, even a small present, for free and without asking for anything back.
I trust these guys.

this site is not legal in uk and these blood sucker is taking peoples hard working money without there permission.they take 400 pound from my bankcard just for buying one ticket try to call them no reply no call from them at all .i had to go throw the bank to get my money back.all these five star review is fake and its from icelotto bu it self so be careful its too simple mate you play with this site and you loose your money

I am on a disability pension ,ice lotto have got me into having an over limited credit card which I can not pay back ,they promised me big things because I could not afford to go in some of there lotteries they said they would put me in and take the money out of the winnings instead they charged my credit card now I have more money problems do not trust the sales People I don't no how I can pay of my card .
