IceKickz are great! They were so responsive to my messages and questions and posted as soon as they were able. The tracksuit I ordered didn’t fit my boyfriend and they exchanged it for me for another style in another size with no hassle whatsoever and the new tracksuit came 3 days after I returned the one that was no good. The tracksuit is so nice and a well received gift, would recommend

Great customer service when required

Icekickz are awful and I do not ever recommend buying from them. I appreciate they are a small company but their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. This has been going on for over 2 months. They send a £315 tracksuit via Royal Mail tracked 24 which only covers the sender for £50 and this was therefore left in a ‘safe space’ which was not in fact a safe space and can be entered by any person from the street which is the reason how Royal Mail left my package there in the first place - I have also never specified for this to be left there and shouldn’t have in the first place. I have been back and forward with police I have a crime ref and Royal Mail have advised me many many times that there in nothing I can do and the seller is the one who needs to get in touch as they would be covered and they have refused to even help me. As I said I’ll never be using this company again as I am now out of pocket and a lot of time wasted and unneeded stress. Will definitely not be using a small company ever again.
