Been splashing £ with Ice for a while now never disappoint, the did send me the wrong chain but it was more of an upgrade. Will defo buy again, and I hope they see this and keep showing me love fr 10/10

The jewellery always exceeds my expectations, the cz stones shine like real diamonds, it has a good weight to the jewellery and even after years it never fades. They had an issue with the shop which they couldn’t of done anything about and they was more than happy to upgrade my order as what I ordered wasn’t in stock brilliant service would absolutely recommend

Recently ordered pendant, came with a chain, was happy with that purchase so I made a second order, I had a message from ICEJEWLZ to say item was out of stock, immediately offered similar item, I chose another item, boom, order on its way! Very pleased with service

Very disappointed. Ordered a ring for sons birthday sat 19th. Website claimed aims to send next day delivery 1st class, so even if sent on the Monday by Wednesday/Thursday ring should arrived. Trying to get through to someone to help was a nightmare and we finally did they gave a tracking number that didn't work so no clue where the ring was 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Monday 28th recieve a note from Royal Mail saying they had my package but I needed to pay postage. Postage was apparently free on website. Will not be buying from again. Terrible service
