Over many instances during this year, we had -as an agency- terrible experiences, especially with the MENA regional director who - in many incidents- showed no empathy or support to us. We tried multiple times to reach out to the management but they ignore us.
This organizations wasn't transpeantd rgarding some of their events that we registred for which cost us time, money and effort.

As a semi-government agency, we attended tens of international education events by other event providers/ managers and we never faced what we have now by ICEF! Especially since some of their sponsors in ICEF Dubai turned to "scam" us with no interference whatsoever from ICEF after we let them know with all evidence.

Therefore, We will reconsider participating in any of thier future events indeed! and will notify our agents' network in Egypt accrodingly throgh our govermental communication channels.

As usual, fantastic! The organization, the staff, the meetings, the hotel, the meals, so far tooooo good!

It was a great experience for me to be able to participate in this event. It was interesting to meet other partners and share ideas about the Education market.

It was amazing and I really met great institutions for partnership. It was a great event not only about institutions but the organization was outstanding as well.

This ICEF conference was one of the most professionally run events of my career. I feel that our school's investment in sending me to Sao Paulo was a strong strategy as our participation in the fair introduced us to valuable partners in the Latin American market and established a strong foundation for further diversifying our international student population. Every ICEF representative interaction was positive and helpful, ensuring I felt welcome and confident in the schedule of events. Well done!

It was a great opportunity to cacthup with many schools and partners and see that we are definitly back, after all.

In every ICEF event I make new business connections and keep the old ones even stronger. It's very important to be informed, up-to-date in our international education market, starting new projects, promotions and partnerships looking for better ways to attract clients. The networking opportunities in the ICEF brings all together.

Beside the fact it was FREEZING COLD during both days in the meeting room (but I guess it was the Hotel's fault as the ICEF staff tried many times to make them shut down the A/C), the event was as always perfectly organized, from every point of view!

First time I participated and I really enjoyed it, it was well organized.

It was amazing to meet people face to face again and see that our mean providers and colleagues are still on the road - many of of them stronger than ever. And thanks to ICEF team for the best welcome.

It has been a great experience since I first started attending ICEF events. I have been participating on ICEF Latin America since 2018 and I am going to attend ICEF Berlin for the first time, I am very excited about it. Meeting the representatives face to face is a great experience. That you very much!

Definitely a great experience to meet educational Institutions and agents from different countries and be able to learn more about the industry worldwide. Excellent support from ICEF staff.

I couldn't travel to ICEF Sao Paulo. However, I enjoyed the on-demand seminar and I met new partners and opportunities for my business.

I enjoyed the event and was glad to participate. Met with good new agents and re-connected with old partners.
The only issue I had was internet connectivity. Most of my meetings were in person. However, for my first virtual meeting, I was unable to join due to connectivity at the event room, and I received a notification or "No Show" report. I was wondering if I should run to my room to use the wifi there. I finally managed to meet with the agent, but I felt bad about the report and about being late to the meeting.

Everything about ICEF just works and flows very smoothly. Marcom works great and is a very useful tool.

As one of the very first in person events I went to, I think the experience was amazing, being able to actually see and speak to our friends from the industry.

The fair is super great, we can meet lots of potential agencies.
