I love dealing wit Iced Out Genetics bcuz they products always b right it never have tha THC-A taste it smells so gd wen I open tha bag, all those other companies out there their products b tasting like THC-A powder and b harsh tasting. Trust me u will always get tha best from Iced Out Genetics great service quick shipping and excellent quality of their products

My experience is a good one in that the Acapulco gold was awesome. I'm will to try other strains of smoke. I got 9 to 11 medium sized joints out of my purchase. I was very pleased at the sample that accompanied the AG. The only drawback was the 10 shipping. I will be buying more strains in the coming days. Thank you for your service. Arthur Swanson

Super sketch says on web page they accept online payments but then send you an email to send cash to a residential address in Florida?

I didn't read the reviews before I placed my order. Its been two months, I haven't received a response or any updates on my order.

Again this is a complete scam it's just phishing posted a review already then I i got a message from them saying it's been shipped with a tracking number but yet again nothing shows up people be ware this company is a complete lie a SCAM

This company is a sham. They pretend to have many options but will not communicate with customers at all. They send you a tracking # to shut you up if you place an order and then never deliver the order to USPS. IF YOU DO ORDER FROM THEM, be sure to use a credit card that will have your back so you can get the refund for the product you will never receive...
Save yourself the trouble and lose this website! There are many other great suppliers out there who ARE reputable but iced out genetics ain't one!

I placed an order almost three weeks ago and still haven’t received. I’ve called, text, and emailed multiple times over the past few days with no response. I should’ve read these reviews first, but foolishly did not. If I had, I wouldn’t have gotten scammed out of $150. Thieves. This is a no star review, but had to pick at least one star to leave a review.

I was going to place a large order, but decided to start with a cheap $5.00 order, just to be sure it is legit.
It is not.
They took my money, never delivered the product. And when I sent them a response to their email asking if my delivery was still coming, not only did they not respond to my emails, they deleted my account.
They don’t respond to the chat line either. From what I’ve experienced, I do t believe this is a legitimate company.
Good thing I tried to small purchase before I tried the larger purchase.

Paid for my order and then never hear from them again. This company sucks and they have no intention of sending you anything! I was advised to forward this to U.S. Attorneys Office in your state, I friggin hate thieves...

This place sucks! Ordered sample,took forever to get,then It was so dry it crumb to dust and was moldy! Gave them the benefit of doubt and ordered 14grams of one strain and 7grams of another strain 06/11/2025 paid in full and haven't received it yet! All I can say is,they lost a customer that would've been a regular! Won't order from here again and hope no one else will.( -5 stars)

Scam scam scam. Took my money, no product,no refund, no answers. Don't buy from here!! I ordered May 9th it's June 25th !!

I was genuinely excited about trying Iced Out Genetics. I submitted my order May 30 2025. I reached out June 6 2025 to see if the order has been shipped yet due to the website stating it should only take 5-7 days to arrive in the mail. They advised that the order is being processed and will ship out next week through text. On June 13 2025 i called and got sent straight to voicemail. I reached out again for the tracking number and was advised I’d get it that night. I did not. On June 14, I got an email that a note was added to my order. It still stated the label was being created however, they added the tracking number. Today is June 18, I tried to call and got sent straight to voicemail AGAIN. I got another email update stating my order has shipped via USPS on June 16, 2025 with the tracking number provided. I went to the usps website and it still states they are waiting on the shipper/ shipping partner. It’s been 7-14 business days. I’m very disappointed with the communication of this business and would like to understand the hold up for lack of better wording.

Placed an order on May 13, 2025 . It was in "process" according to their system until May 28. It changed on that date to say "order completed" meaning it was passed to the USPS. Now the system says they have printed a label for shipment on the USPS site and it has been that way since May 28. It is now June 4th and they appear to still be working on the label. Nothing has changed.

The e-mail address on the Iced Out Genetics site does not work. I was, however able to reach a young lady on the phone on Fri, May 23 who promised it would be shipped on May 26. It was transitioned to USPS on May 28, but although the label was printed on that date, it is not clear it has been transferred to USPS.

I have ordered from Iced Out three times now, this is the fourth, and their delivery process has been very slow in the past, but this is extraordinary. I am sad because their product is good. I will give them 9 more days to get the shipment to me, but will cancel my payment with my credit card company on June 14...one month from initial order.

Ordered sample on April 30, 2025. Never received it and customer service stated they would do everything they could to ship the sample. Still waiting!! Find a more reputable supplier.

I placed an order on April15, which arrived in five (5) days. I then placed an order on April 25, that I have still not received. Customer service assured me they would include an extra gram to compensate for the delay. A third order placed on May 6 is listed as "label created; awaiting shipment." Customer service informed me neither order has shipped. No one has responded to the three (3) emails I have sent. I keep calling and am told to be patient. If I do not receive these two orders within the week, I will dispute the charges with my credit card company then find a reliable online company to purchase from. I do not know how IcedOutGenetics can remain in business with such careless customer service.

Zero communication. All phone calls go to voicemail. Contact info on the website is broken. Emails are all unresponsive.
They will delete negative messages on their social media and will not respond to DM's.

Do NOT order from here.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! BEWARE!!
Placed an order online last Saturday and paid via Zelle.

Received an email stating that the funds had been received by a Philip Koeckritz(no idea who the heck that is).

Next day, received an email from a Nationwide Commercial Painting with an invoice for the same amount I had sent via Zelle.

Sent two emails. No reply.
Called three times. No answer. It just ends the call.
