I made a deposit of €10 to Ice Casino…


I made a deposit of €10 to Ice Casino more than a week ago. The money was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it never appeared in my casino balance. I have already contacted support but I did not receive a proper solution. This is unacceptable, and I want either my deposit to be credited to my account or refunded back to my bank. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this casino to other players.

Over all I like this casino

Over all I like this casino, but when I was going to take a larger winning out, they made it very difficult. I have got some of it now, and waiting for the rest. If you are a patient person that don't mind the back and fort and the waiting, this will not bother you. I am not that patient, and think it's unnecessary to make it that hard. But besides that, I like the casino very much:)
