Good Product
The chain I ordered is very nice and well made. Shines brilliantly. I will order from them again.
I’ve seen mixed reviews and the reason for that is because the website advertises that orders in stock get shipped out the same day the order is placed, which raises the expectation. In my case, it was advertised the item was in stock on the website but it took a month for the chain to ship out. I was slightly disappointed but taking into account that it is a nicely made piece, it makes sense that orders like this take time to fulfill.
Ice Cartel was very responsive and transparent to any questions I asked, which made the process a bit more bearable.
I would suggest that maybe the company not advertise the expediency of their products so blatantly just so they prevent any discontent from their customers.
8/10 experience. I love the piece and I suggest to anyone looking for moissanite pieces to go through Ice Cartel!

Love the product however getting my package wasn't so easy. Took way longer than necessary to get my package and had the pay extra to reroute my package to an alternate location to pick up my package due to 21 or older signature requirements. Wasn't very pleased by that.
