Not very comfortable to me
Not very comfortable to me. Rubs on the top of my feet. Makes a crunching sound when walking. Nice looking show but I wouldn't recommend.

Order never arrived. Customer service hours are so limited that I now have to wait days for a response. Will never order again.
Got my cleated boots within a week - they ship some models out of Surrey, it seems. Easy transaction, all went well. Looking forward to trying out my new boots today.
Delivery company they use is useless. Denied delivery because they lacked an "access code". Never tried to contact me regarding this. Delivery never happened because of their terrible system. The delivery is to a house--no need for an access code. Ridiculous.
I have never had a problem with Icebug customer service in the past. The studded boots are an amazing product. I have gifted them to friends and several friends have bought them after seeing mine. This last experience has been horrible.
I ordered a pair of boots, Boda, size 9. Icebug sent me Nymark 2 instead. I got a return label online, sent them back and asked for expedited shipping on the Bodas since I did not make the error. They said they don't have expedited shipping. I had to wait for the 9's to arrive. It was a while. While I was waiting I got my original pair out of the attic and saw that they were size 8.5, not 9. I decided to purchase a pair of 8.5 online, then compare them with the size 9, keep the better fit and send the other ones back. When the 8.5 arrived I tried them on with the size 9 and found that they felt exactly the same. It turns out that after Icebug first sent me boots I hadn't ordered, they then sent me size 8.5 Bodas although I had ordered size 9. Meaning they sent the wrong boots twice in a row, At that point I decided that the 8.5 were fine and would keep a pair. I went on line and initiated a return label for the other pair of 8.5. The label was never sent. I wrote to customer service and got no response. When they did respond they were thoroughly confused as they had sent wrong boots twice as well as sending an extra pair of 8.5. I wrote to customer service again, clarified the order numbers for each pair of boots and asked to be sent 2 return labels. No response. I finally heard from customer service today asking me, again, to give them the order numbers . I just sent them, again. Not sure what is going on in their warehouse or with customer service but their errors have cost me a great deal of time and headache emailing back and forth. They should have at least given me a discount on the pair I ended up buying as I had to waste swo much time dealing with customer service when they were the ones creating the problems in the first place.
I read the negative reviews and decided to order anyway. No problems from start to finish. My order was delivered to the UK in under a week and both pairs were excellent.
Recently bought a pair of shoes. They are really comfortable and light. My only disappointment is the laces are too short to make use of the heal stop eyelet at the top of the shoes. When you lace them through the top eyelet to stop heal slip, there is not enough length to tie them.
I love the shoe. It's my second pair but the problem is I actually had a problem with my second pair with the ice cleats not only falling out but actually ripping out of the bottom of the shoe which cannot be replaced. Spoke to the company and they said that unless I buy them directly through them that they are not warrantied. Not the best customer service that's for sure.

The boots are very comfortable, light and warm. They are the right boots to walk in winter in Germany with the dog.
Perfect shoe, i bought the one with Wool inside and wintergrip for ice. I love them, best i have ever invested in.
You better keep them Icebugs dry!
I bought a pair of Icebug shoes here in Sweden to use in the autumn and winter. A time of year with snowmelting is usual on the pavements. I got surprised when I noticed that the shoes leaked moisture and my socks went wet. When complaining to Icebug sellers, they frankly explained that it was normal because the shoes are not made for use in water. As if it was som kind of rubber boots. Ridiculous. Never more Icebug, for sure.

Ice bug Haze GTX . Bought these after being seriously impressed with the icebug rover GTX I’d bought a few months ago .
The main disappointment is despite being a gortex boots my Haze GTX boots are not in the slightest bit waterproof . Walks in wet grass ,rain and walking through a shallow stream will leave your feet wet, while the icebug rover GTX leave my feet completely dry in exactly the same conditions on the same walk .
My other complaint is the sole on the Haze boots have a strange slippage when walking on wet tarmac . You can feel them slipping as you walk on a flat surface ?
Off road traction is pretty good but nothing like as good as the offering on the Rover GTx .
Basically really disappointed after being seriously impressed with the Rover GTX .

If there was an award for slowest webshop ever, Icebug would win this category with flying colors. In year 2023 it is not possible that it takes over a week to pack the item and it still has not been sent. I hope the shoes will arrive before spring.
I bought a pair of Michelin soled Pace3 GTX's.
Unfortunately the snow that we recently had has now gone - so I've been unable to test out how well they will perform in icy conditions; however, they are very comfortable and I like the fact that they have good width across the toes.
Very impressed so far.
The only slight criticism is that they do not sell directly to the UK and I had to buy from a company (Muziker) in Slovakia - but that proved easy to do.
I've been wearing slip-on spikes Iverson my boots for ice walks only to end up losing 1 evert time. Went to Amazon searching for something better and found boots with spikes installed in the soles. I'm in love!! Very comfy, room for thick socks and cute as can be. I never spend $200 on footwear but these are worth it!
I also loved that Ice bug included all necessary paperwork and return label in case these didn't fit.
Lighting fast shipping from Sweden to Alaska and accurate shipping updates the entire mailing.
