Loads of problems with this site - customer service is awful just get a bot that is no help problem not resolved scammed out of my money and can’t even close account - thanks

Hi I've been on restrictions now for 3 days all I do ask when is up and all they keep saying is were reviewing it and no updates don't even know y they banned me when I only just joined then next min get restricted for no reason does any one know how long the banned is for as not got clue no one is getting back to me

I won a decent amount of money with this site and had to upload documents before I could withdraw.
When I looked at the reviews I was a bit concerned and I didn't hear anything from them for 2 days, despite me emailing them everyday so I feared the worst.

However when they did reply my documents were verified and my winnings paid out within 24 hours so in the end it wasn't too bad.

Rubbish. They take money with no issue, when you win they start ask questions and check your paperwork looking for reason not to give your winnings. Fine, sorted that. Then when you win and go to cancel bonus they do not say correct amount will be taken and take all your winnings. When contacted asking for help covering with terms and conditions that have nothing to do with a query.
Also it is not worth to invest in this site. I play 3 sites never seen crap like this.

I love ice36 I started using it a few years ago and I use a couple I've never had any problems always got a bonus for me to take advantage of which I have a couple of times I've always spoke to positive chat hosts really can't fault the site I would defiantly reccomend even a free tournament every day which I take advantage of!

Well l joined , made 2 x deposits, when trying to withdraw they wouldn't allow it , personally I don't think you should take money off customers till they have done the verification. The first time I could understand, but 2 days later and still not done the paperwork. Won't be using this site again as I have no trust in them.

Thought I would sit down and play some slots, and decided to play on ICE36 due to the deposit offer they had on, get 50% upto £50, as a result I deposited £90,

I deposited £91 yesterday (Sunday 26th) all was okay and I took advantage of the deposit and get up to 50% bonus upto £50. Brilliant. In the end after hours of fun I had lost both the deposit and bonus balance leaving the account at £0

The next day, I was greeted with the same bonus available deposit £100 and get £50 bonus funds, so I did this. At the time my account balance was £0.

I started to play on some slots, I had play about 3 games before winning £39 on outlaw bringing the balance to £180! Now this should of been £130 cash & £50 bonus funds, however after playing a couple of more games I was greeted by the message “you are now playing in restricted funds”

On further inspection in the active bonus section! I was greeted by the fact I apparently had 2 bonuses running! Though the one for £45.91 was Sundays bonus which I had got down to £0 with! I always make sure to completely clear a balance so things like this don’t occur

Now I’ve played through the money in the account because it was all bonus funds! But I would like to raise a complaint as I do not understand how you can accept someone’s deposit in cash and then decide to change their balance to bonus fund!!

Reached out to live chat at the time to check what was happening which was useless as no one responds and you just get your messages deleted when you back out, also reached out to the email support who offered 32 free spins as a gesture of goodwill! Scam casino, would stay clear and use video slots or someone more reliable in future!

i have won £57 on 9.5 and withdraw it , got email that its been send to me. today is 21.5 no payment. i have send them many messages and getting same reply just that that there is no news regarding my missing money. i have send them bank statment so they can see i did not received the money. i did not hear from them at all. i have no idea what to do anymore

Awful casino always takes days for them to process the withdrawal once i get my money im never playing on that site again. Plus you can’t get hold off anyone.

Having deposit £60 in order to recieve a free spins offer, I was awarded the incorrect free spins for a game I really wasn’t interested in playing, having won £23 in the free spins I continues to play as I would, usually doing a bonus hunt until reaching bonus funds opening and repeating, once my cash balance has gone I’ll dip into the bonus funds

Noticed that on this occasion ice 36 decided after £20 of real play cash the rest of my money was “bonus funds”, thought to my self I’m happy to lose the money so I’ll continue to play, was doing well and had a bonus on fire in the hole which bought my balance up to £270
