Mike dealt with the transition from my copper based business landline, to a digital interface, in a clear, efficient and professional manner. I now have a personalised professional solution, that is far superior than my previous copper based business landline, and the new solution is a fraction of the cost that I was previously paying. ICE have good staff and deals. The customer service is great and you get an account manager. I was passed to Elena in customer services to resolve my query. She did so quickly, gave different options and saved the day when my boss went abroad without EU roaming. Great work Elena, keep it up.

changed contracts under the 18 month…
changed contracts under the 18 month review and still continuing to receive two bills, they now owe me in excess of £2k. Despite assurances payment will be being made nothing has materialised , using this review as a last resort, sick of broken promises and the constant chase. stuck with them for another 27 months after that , we will not renew with them again. if you are this position with ICE please tread carefully.

Excellent Customer Service
Olivia took personal and full ownership of our initial Vodafone Business account setup problem. Vodafone had some technical issues with their website at one point and Olivia was persistent, friendly, helpful and professional and persevered until we had registered successfully. Great work and she is a credit to her company and it was an exemplary example of customer support.
