I changed from my pervious supplier to ice and due difficulties in the accounting and change of staff at ICE it was difficult to sort out the agreement for the move.
Mylene who has taken care of the billing side has within a single email sorted it all out and has apologized and dealt with the whole affair.
Very pleasant person and professional in her approach to my Business account.

Very poor service. Refuse to deal with customer complaints. Stopped answering the phone when they have locked you in to a contract.

TERIBLE SERVICE/ MISS SELLING AND OVERCHARGED.
We started a contract with Ice Comms over 5 years ago. We where told it would be a fixed bill, however over the years our bill went from £40 per month to over £80 per month for our internet connection. After leaving them we are still being charged monthly, When I call they raise a ticket and we don't hear any more until they bill us again for a service we are not reciving. This is the standard of service we have received from the day we signed their contract.

very helpful to try and fix the issue with phone connectivity. Provided lots of support and advice about how to go about troubleshooting and fixing the issue. Provided a liaison with vodaphone to get more advice and direction from the network company in order to solve issue. Managed to solve issue by random troubleshooting unrelated to support however was still incredibly helpful throughout the process

This is the second occasion when Gary has helped me to solve a tricky situation. I very reluctant to jion ice coms for mobile phone contract as i had problems in the passed regarding set up fees etc.
I was cut off several times with no warning as the contract was sub contrated out to 02 buisness and i had no idea this had taken place so every time i had a problem it was 02 i dealt with not Ice Comms it made things so hard to deal with.I would never recommend Ice Comms as they are ch
