Withdrawal Showing Completed But Money Not Received – No Proper Support

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I made a withdrawal of ₹2400 on 10 February (Payout ID: 9227512). The app shows the transaction as “Completed,” but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I contacted my bank, and they clearly confirmed that they have not received any funds related to this transaction. Despite this, there has been no proper clarification, no UTR number provided, and no proof of transfer shared.

This is very concerning. When money is involved, transparency and proper support are expected. Marking a transaction as completed without the customer actually receiving the funds creates serious trust issues.

I request the company to urgently investigate this matter and provide a clear explanation along with proof of transfer or process a refund immediately.

Very disappointing experience so far.

Top Up not credited into my account

Hi. I’m Mithin Vishal. My user id is bH3J7HkDsQ. I made a top up of INR 30,000 on 7th Feb 2026. I have successfully transferred the money via UPI given by the iCash. But still the money not credited into my account. After 24 hours the status changed to expired. I have already sent mail with the proof of my transaction but no response from the customer support yet. My complaint number is 118891. Bank withdrawal pending since 14 days and no proper website support

It’s been more than 2 weeks and amount not yet credited iCash account
And no one is replying from their support system and always redirecting to the old ticket #118222

They are complete scamsters

And it’s been more than 40 days ,

10000 INR is not a small amount for me to sit and wait for you guys for more than 40 days to credit it

This app is fraud..i make two topups…

This app is fraud..i make two topups one is of 2400 and other is of 6600 …money transfered from my bank account ..but they did not credit in my cashone wallet..i have all the proof still they did not reply to the mails…everytime i send emails to them …i recieved a system generated mails from them …there is no agent from their side who can solve the issue…do not use this app…they are scammmers…astropay was good but when it changes to icashone the real scam start

I would like to clearly state that this request is not acceptable.
I made the payment only to the merchant that was provided by your platform. I have already shared all the required details with you, including the complete payment receipt and transaction proof.
Since the merchant was provided by iCashOne, it is your responsibility to contact your merchant and verify the transaction. I am a customer and I should not be asked to do your internal follow-up work or file a case on your behalf.
If you need a bank statement or any confirmation, you should directly ask your merchant to provide the official bank statement in PDF format and resolve this issue from your side.
Please understand that I have already fulfilled my responsibility by sharing all valid proof of payment. I request you to take immediate action and resolve my issue without putting unnecessary burden on me.
I am still waiting for my money to be credited or refunded.
