Cheap plastic rubbish, clip broke within two months that is to keep the dust chambers tightly closed.
Have emailed them twice and still no reply.
That's my lesson learnt again and "you get what you pay for".
Steer clear....

Order a battery replacement it's taken them a month and I still haven't received it. There customer service is awful. It takes them weeks to even respond to you. Never buying a product from them again...

I ordered a battery replacement September 11, 2024 and I haven’t received it. I’ve told them multiple times of the delivery issues and spent a lot of time emailing and at the post office asking them, since the company swears it was delivered. I’ve asked them twice to reimburse me since a replacement is too hard for them and they’ve ignored my emails. I would under no circumstances buy from this company again. I had to buy another vacuum because their battery holds little charge.

I have been chasing for over one month for a part to replace under warranty. They do not respond to emails. I’ve not even had the vacuum for a full year and it’s causing issues. I will not be buying any more products from this company. It’s very rare I leave bad reviews but having to keep chasing every week for over a month is ridiculous. I can’t vacum properly as the wheels keep falling off the roller head.

Bought Buture V70 vacuum in December 2023 with a warranty registered the same day. I am covered.
So December 2024 the vacuum stops working. The brush wheel wouldn't spin and the succussion is not pulling in any dust.
I have emailed them with all the details and attachments. There was no response for a week.
Then, I have tried the online chat which pointed me to Contact Us. I have explained everything and attached my warranty confirmation evidence. No response even after 48 hours.
I doubt if BUTURE even have an after sales support.
Buture, if you are reading this message, can you contact me please? I have sent enough mails and raised enough requests and I need an acknowledgement and support from you.

Stopped working after 4 weeks of light use. Customer service is all crickets. Had I only checked Trustpilot. Never again for sure.

I have a motor that went out on my Buture V40. The vacuum was less than one year old when this happened. Buture will not respond to my emails. I’ve sent multiple times to email address for warranty and other addresses given on their site. There is no phone number for customer service. For me the warranty is a sham. Interestingly I sent a request for product information using another email address and they responded to me. Buyers beware.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! Very poor product. Charge is useless and lasts only a few minutes. Customer service / after care sales none existent. Do Not Use this company!!!!

VC80 BUTURE is the worst cordless Vaccum I've ever used. I read
a review that recommended it highly.
POOR: corners and along baseboards
POOR: transition from wood to even low pile rugs.
POOR:on general wood and tile floors, requires repeated sweeps.
OK: on low pile rugs
The floor attachment constantly pops up from the front while dispersing the dirt across the floor. Since it requires multiple sweeps, the battery runs down quicker than it would if the vacuum was as a advertised. I've never regretted a purchase more. Yes I relayed my concerns to the company. NO response.

Total Scammers!! Do not order from their website. They don’t respond to their emails and they no longer have a number listed on their website. They “shipped” our car starter with only a partial address (most likely so they could create a tracking number that never even worked). The product never arrived, of course. We placed the order on November 25th - so approximately 2 months ago. After making numerous attempts to contact them, we miraculously heard from them via email in December saying that the product had been returned to their warehouse in Germany. We asked them to resend it. They confirmed that they would. We never received the product, our order number has disappeared, they haven’t answered any other emails, and there is no way to call them. Obviously, we’re going to file a claim with the credit card company. A very dishonest Mickey Mouse operation.

Cordless vacuum cleaner, bought October 2024. A very poor product. Poor suction, poor pick-up. Clogs easily. Difficult to reassemble after clearing clogging. A poor lookalike for Dyson or Shark. Tempted to rate it 2 stars, out of charity, because it has a charming whistle while cleaning but after 3 months we have given up on the machine. Seemed cheap at £180 but DO NOT BUY. Original efforts to register a warranty were swerved by "Snapbuy" (who responded under a different name to Buture).

My vacuum cleaner is not working after one year of purchase. I emailed the company as it's under warranty. Initially they sent me a reply saying that the parts are out of stock and promised to send me a second hand, while still new, product as a replacement
However months went by I still receive nothing amd they are not replying my email anymore. Absolute SCAM! Avoid this company. I think Amazon should stop selling their products as I have trusted Amazon and did not check Trust pilot reviews before buying. Amazon is responsible for this scam too!!!

The product is fine but I have a warranty issue. I AM UNABLE TO RAISE THIS WITH THE COMPANY AS THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS IS NOT RECOGNISED! Frankly, I feel scammed, it should be simple to get in touch with the business for these matters. Should they see this review and wish to publicise an email address that can be contacted and deal with my issue then I will be very happy to adjust this review but without this my judgement is 1 star is too much.

Never buy anything from Buture.
They are absolutely dreadful and their products are rubbish
We bought a JK 400 portable vacuum cleaner and it was a disaster
It broke after three months
We tried emailing their customer support department on 12 occasions and did not receive a reply
In the end, we reverted to Amazon from whom we had purchased the vacuum and they were very good and got us sorted with a return and a rebate very quickly
Full marks to Amazon and again I repeat do not buy anything from Buture

Dear all Customers,
I ordered a Vaccume Cleaner product in Oct.2024 from Germany and paid. Product still not received and i ask for refund as i dont got their product. Only Once time they replied, they will back my money ASAP. After that i e-maild several time for refund, but they dont responding. Its January 2025, they took my money now about 3 months. They not responding. This is the worst company ever i have seen in my life. If you have similar kind of experience about your money and product, file a case against Buture them. I also saw that they delete the bad comments from social platform. Worst company ever!!!!

Very poor product. Vacuum broke after a year. Emails sent re warranty, however very limited response. Clearly not interested in customer service and still have a faulty product

I DO NOT recommend you buy this product. it is a low-quality jump starter. It was flashing OH RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. This was a cold temp code. never went back to normal after days inside my home. I TRIED INITATING A RETURN. Customer service is nonexistent and as of today, I am still fighting to get someone to answer my request for return protocol. Do yourself a favor and look at another brand. This company is not professional and is not interested in th equality of their product, nor arethey interested in providing customer support...

Pooor really poor quality, last for a day. Should be banned from the market. More a scam than a business. Avoid them to save your money and time.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying cordless vacuum, which I found heavy due to my osteoarthritis in my hands.
As advised returned it by a tracking number in November 2024, having to pay more money to return as it’s not a free return service and still haven’t had my refund regardless how many times I emailed them and there’s no direct contact number for Buture.

Hoover broke after about 1-2 months and being waiting over 70 days for a replacement!!

I'm actually getting sick of lies.

I was told on October 30th that I'd be sent a new Motor, then I was told on November 26th that i'd be sent a second-hand JR700 vaccum instead.

It's now the 8th of January 2025 AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING!!!! THIS IS OVER 70-DAYS NOW!!! WHERE IS THE REPLACEMENT HOOVER!!!!!!????
