Be careful when you buy it! Service doesn't exists, Mailed several times for various contact mails including the web form on the ibuture official. My floor brush has broken (wheels got disconnected, as plastic become loose), so I made a pictures and send to them as it was still within one year since I bought it. No answer, so till it works it works but when you really need them, they are not to support you.

Wouldn’t let me put in code for warranty then told me they had a lot of calls and would get back to me.still waiting

Their support team guided me through the order and helped me register for the extended warranty. Very professional and polite service from start to finish.

Quick delivery only thing I would say is I didn't a tracking number but they helped me out with that super quickly. Item is just as described.

I love how all the parts are detachable and replaceable. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can upgrade or replace accessories without needing a new vacuum.

I have both carpet and hardwood floors, and Buture BP10 works great on both with it integrated floor brush. Buture offers several models, so I found one that fits my exact cleaning routine.

I received the wrong battery color, but it was still compatible.Since I preferred the original blue one, the team kindly resent it without charge. They even let me keep the first one as a spare — great service! Truly impressed by how quickly and professionally Buture handled everything.

I am thrilled with my new floor cleaner. I am amazed at what is on my floors that I cannot see. Now when I clean my floors I know they are truly clean. And they feel great to walk on barefooted. I had contacted customer service for wall mount usage and had an extremely positive experience. My concern was addressed within a day and the email I was to receive arrived when I was told it would. I am very impressed with the service I received.

I ordered my first cordless vacuum cleaner from the Buture Official and was pleasantly surprised that it arrived in just 4 days. The whole process was smooth and the package arrived safely with no damage.

I bought a buture bp10 pro from amazon less than a year ago and registered the warranty. The suction stopped recently and did not work after cleaning out the whole thing and replacing parts. I contacted and emailed them 3 times and have had no reply at all weeks later
This is extremely poor and now need to buy a new one but won't be buture again now

Disgraceful company, broke after a year and NO RESPONSE AVOID AVOID AVOID

BOUGHT A JR 700 LAST SEPTEMBER, ONLY USED IT TO VACUUM STAIRS VERY LIGHT USE, STOPPED WORKING EARLY JUNE STILL IN GUARANTEE HAVE TRIED EMAILING SEVERAL TIMES NONE OF WHICH HAVE BEEN ANSWERED. WARNING STAY CLEAR, SHOP AT A GENUINE RETAILER.

I bought this a little over a month ago, through Amazon.
The return window closed on the 4th of July, so here i am with a hoover that doesn't work.
I charged the battery this morning, ready to use and absolutely nothing.. except a red light at the top, no power, no turn on..
As the return window has closed, i am stuck.
A month of use is shameful... and it didn't even get used that often, as it was not my primary Vacuum cleaner, so hardly overworked.
I see it is no longer available on Amazon.
Very DISAPPOINTED

I brought Telescopic Tube for my vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately received faulty item. When I vacuum the telescope is unstable and I have reported by email. I send videos and photos but they don’t reply to me. Do not buy anything from them.
Customer service is very poor. They are based in china.

This vacuum cleaner only whistle to give the impression of increased power, but in reality it barely collects crumbs from the carpet. Wasted money, not worth buying. It only looks similar to Dyson and nothing more, I have never seen such a weak vacuum cleaner anywhere, even unbranded, the cheapest ones are better

After 15 month of using a their cordless vacuum twice a week the battery life is about 10 minutes.
Contact them many times because of the 3 years warranty.
No return at all.
