No structure hard to understand

Product was not able to recover my data after multiple attempts going through every mode of recovery they have & they refused refund after only having the product a day. terrible product I do not recommend

RAW HDD Recovery doesn't work!
even though, the data from RAW HDD could be restored to other HDD, but the RAW HDD remain unusable.

Does the work! My USB Key is physically damaged with repeated "Media is not accessible. Media is write protected" error. I can read the key the using RAW DRIVE RECOVERY option and recuperate some files.

Excellent service and did exactly what I needed - recovered the data I had lost in a software crash.

After numerous attempts to resolve my issue with your customer service technicians, I am sorry to say that they are still unable to resolve the problem.
It cost me $158.00 in CDN funds to download your software, but I still cannot open my recovered files. I appreciate the help your team has been given me, but as it is now over one week since activated, I am losing confidence that my files will be forever lost.

I can't thank you enough!! I didn't even have to use the data recovery my raw drive was fixed with every single thing (files and folders) the exact same as it was before I accidently cleaned it using cmd!!! Very good results and some unique options for advance data recovery process.

I recently uploaded BigSur on my macOS which completely screwed my computer. I sent it in to a data recovery team which was unable to recover my data as it was encrypted and the passwords I gave were not working. I decided to take my computer home and do it myself. I had no disk found - a folder with a question mark - so I booted up in recovery mode, and after extensive research to data recovery, came across iboysoft and used their terminal code to look for my lost data. I found it, I paid for this service, I recovered my data, all works well. Cannot thank this software enough for giving me a second chance where I failed to backup my system. Now I have everything on an external hard drive. Truly recommend! I have no experience in the technical world but this was helpful. If you’re concerned, use their deep scan process to detect if your files are there, if they are, then pay for it, and recover your missing drive with the data!!

FYI: it’s a long time to perform the deep data scan and recovery process. But if your lost files are valuable, it’s worth it and if the lost data is there, iboysoft will find it.

This is not Bitlocker Data Recovery Software as stated. You need the password. If you have the password then you would not need this software.

What can I say, it worked!
After 'losing' just over half a million images (my last 10 years work) on a Lacie hard drive that just went kaput, I went straight to a computer expert who spent four days recovering the data with 'specialist' software. When I got it back, I found the images had been saved to one folder without file names, or meta data etc. Half a million pictures mixed together without any reference to sort them! So out of desperation, I went online and found the iBoy thing, signed up and ran it. Much to my amazement, delight and relief it has recovered the entire catalogue of images, with file names and all sorted into their original folders!
