I really enjoy the classes. The teachers are good and understand my needs.
The only thing is they are really busy, and to book a class you need at least 5 or 6 days in advance.

The 4 star is for the teacher and the flexibility of arranging the class. You can cancel the class you book 24 hours before the class start. So it is quite flexible and you can make it suits your schedule.

And the teacher is patient to help you to learn the language. The curriculum is a bit longer than usual though.

But the Academic Advisor is not very helpful in finding the technical issue of the platform. I encountered the same problem for a few time. She didn't look into the root cause of the problem, and I think she didn't pass to the right person to look into the problem too!

One of their employee said "clean cache" and run the troubleshot. I have the troubleshot for more than 5 times. And it is wasting of my time to report the issue to her. Because she doesn't have enough knowledge. Finally I figure out the problem by myself. I think iboux should rebate me :)

And I actually lost some of my lesson time because of the technical issue.

Iboux has provided me with an excellent 5 star service. I was very shy to talk French before I started, and now after 20 lessons I talk a lot to my teacher in French. She has built my confidence and has helped me tremendously. The teaching is structured and I work to a syllabus and have weekly homework. My teacher is very patient and supportive. I cannot recommend Iboux highly enough. It is great value for money too.

I really like the curriculum format as it is very simple and straightforward. The curriculum is also very balanced and my teachers are very kind and interactive. They don't ignore me when I ask a question and are always polite. My academic advisor is amiable and nice too.

The only issues I have are that booking classes are difficult if you don't immediately book after class or book ahead of time. The last of the my issues are for some of my teachers because their teaching schedule is at midnight or very late at night.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Iboux to a friend and it is a good learning platform for people who want to learn French.

My lessons with Iboux are great, my teacher is patient and reassuring with me. My French has improved as has my confidence in speaking.
The online lesson tools are really easy to use, and I can book lessons to suit my work schedule.
All this at such great value.

For a long time I had been wondering about how continuing learning english and conbining it with my job. I had the need to continue practicing speaking and the company I work for offered me the possibility of taking classes with this platform. The truth is that I could not be happier both with the chosen teachers and with the internal assistance of the platform. I am clear that even if I change company I will continue with Iboux because it gives me the facility to learn from home, at any time and with different native teachers from different countries arround the world.

Iboux has been a great experience! The teachers have provided personalized lessons with my goals in mind and provided extra resources when requested!

The teachers are all really friendly, and genuinely try their best to encourage you to learn. The content of the classes are well structured and follow a logical progression , the software can be a little glitchy at times but always functional.

Prices are very reasonable, similar to those of Italki but with much more support and a structured learning plan. Customer support are great too, quick to reply and always help out in anyway they can.

Only thing stopping me from giving a 5 Star review is the issue with booking classes. There does not seem to be enough tutors at the moment for all the students, and consequently the tutors all get booked up very quickly. This is fine if you always know what you will be doing 2 weeks in advance, but if you forget to book and decide one day you would like a class, the odds on you getting a lesson the same week as you book it are next to none.

It is a bit of a pain as the the classes are generally great, with genuinely lovely tutors from all over the world, and I really enjoy having them when I can. It's just a shame it's so difficult to book a lesson.

It is a course offered by my company and it is being quite interesting. Teachers are very kind and they focus on your skills you want to improve. On the other hand, 30 minutes lessons is too short to improve as quick as you would like because there are many things you want to see, overall with a pass of 10 classes which is short to go a step forward in your English!

I am a new student at Iboux and just did about 25 lessons. I really see an improvement already in my french language skills - I love to be able to tailor the content and focus specifically on my weaker points. The convenience of booking appointments, the possibility to choose the teachers that are right for me, and the level of the lessons, and the cost per lesson are all factors that lead to an excellent price-quality ratio.

I am very pleased with my experience at Iboux. My teacher has done an exceptional job in helping me to improve my Spanish. She has been attentive to my goal to not just learn new skills but to provide practice in conversing. My academic advisor has always been prompt in responding to any of my questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Iboux to others.

Amazing learning experience. My teachers and the administration advisor are absolutely fantastic. I have gained more confidence to the way that I'm using the english language. I believe that they are doing very good job. Wish you continue what you are doing. Excellent!!!

I really enjoy the lessons at Iboux. The teacher and administrator that I have been working with are very accommodating to my language learning needs. I feel that I have improved tremendously in a short period of time with the conversation lessons offered. Definitely recommend this site to those wanting to improve in their language learning.

I am definitely going to book twice as many classes for the future...I have had so many positive comments from my Spanish friends regarding improvements in my spoken Spanish and I am delighted!

The best part of doing the classes online through Iboux is that the instructors are able to meet me at my current level of French AND I can take classes with more than one teacher because they all have access to the plan and lesson notes from previous sessions. I would also say that being able to participate in classes online from work or home also make it easier for me to participate regularly. The instructors have been very flexible and responsive, tailoring and updating my plan and goals with me as I progress. At times, it can be difficult to get time slots that work for my schedule, but I have learned that I just need to plan ahead in order to take advantage of the varied times instructors have available. I have been refreshing my French and improving quite quickly with my spoken French, so I would highly recommend taking lessons through Iboux.

Not the most cost effective options but classes are good. Good structure and you can really drive the direction of classes yourself or take direction from teachers. Availability of teachers good. Teachers are friendly and approachable. Homework included.

I am really enjoying improving my oral French classes. The instructors are patient and work with me in delivering curriculum that is useful and beneficial to my needs. I don’t feel intimidated, or that my oral French is “horrible” when I speak with them. I feel I am really benefiting from the lessons!

I really enjoy my classes and I think my teachers are great as they are really encouraging and patient. The only thing is that I have experienced some technical issues. Sometimes the lessons won't load, or it will only load for my teacher and I can't see it. And usually when my teachers send our lesson through email on Iboux, it doesn't work. Overall, these technical issues don't always occur and I am really pleased with my classes!

I have had a wonderful time learning French with a great teacher. She is extremely patient and understanding. I am a teacher myself and have enjoyed my classes.

I really like the approach Iboux take to learning French. Lessons are tailored to your ability and confidence and lesson days and times are flexible. I think it is really useful having a separate advisor who checks in from time to time to see how you are feeling about progress etc. Some courses say they provide this - but don't then actually provide the check-ins. The price is good value for money for having private lessons tailored for you. I'd definitely recommend trying Iboux if you want a learn a new language or supplement what you already know.
